高考英语邀请信写作指导

【摘 要】本文就學生在邀请信中常见的问题：邀请信息有所遗漏、理由不充分和语言不贴切进行相应的指导，力求达到邀请信息齐全，说服性强和语言得体的目标，以体现交际的真实性和有效性。本文主要对如何指导学生写作时审题、构建框架和激活句型等相关问题进行了探究。

《普通高中英语课程标准（2017年版）》中明确指出英语学科核心素养包括四个要素，语言能力是其中之一。语言能力不仅指掌握语音、词汇和语法概念，也是语篇结构和语用的统一。因此高考邀请信写作，要在词汇、语法正确的基础上，实现结构和语用的有机统一。在信中应开门见山提出写信目的，交代邀请理由和相关事由，最后表示期待。

一、学生邀请信习作中存在的问题

笔者所在年级学生就如下作文题进行写作：

假如你是班长李华，请给你班级英国交换生Lucy写一封电子邮件，邀请她参加由王教授所做的关于京剧发展的报告会。内容包括：

1.报告目的：弘扬国粹;

2.时间、地点、内容;

3.活动要求。

注意：（1）100词左右;（2）可适当增加细节以使行文连贯。

下面将针对学生习作进行存在问题的分析。

Dear Lucy，

Professor Wang will give us a lecture concerning Peking Opera this Friday to promote Chinese culture.I am writing to invite you to attend it.

The lecture will be fascinating and I am sure you will like it.You must obey the rules of the lecture.I hope you can have a good time with us.

If you can come，please let me know as soon as possible.

从信件的目的来看，学生在第一段指出了邀请目的;在内容要点方面，该生提到了报告的内容，但是学生并没有给出讲座的具体时间及地点，不符合交际的真实性。在信中，学生没有进行自我介绍，也并没有对活动进行介绍，以吸引Lucy参加。这样的邀请信没有说服性，达不到交际目的。在提到活动的要求时，学生说：“You must obey the rules of the lecture.”这样一个句式显然在措辞上是不得体的。针对以上比较普遍的问题，笔者进行了如下指导。

二、邀请信写作指导

首先，让学生一起头脑风暴，列出邀请信的outline.

Para 1：（who、purpose、reason）

进行自我介绍并且说明邀请的事情和原因（比如说得知Lucy是中国文化爱好者等），最后发出邀请。

Para 2： 邀请内容的具体介绍（具体的时间点、地点、与会人员、活动的具体内容以及意义、活动的具体要求等）

Para 3：期待对方接受邀请。

接着，笔者和学生一起整理邀请信常用的句式模板。

【邀请信目的与活动基本信息】

①Aimed at/Meant to/Intended to （活动意义）， （活动名称）will be held/given/delivered/scheduled to begin at（活动时间）.So，I am writing to invite you to come and attend it.

②Learning/Informed that ，I am writing to invite you to attend a lecture/ an activity concerning ，which will be held .

【描述活动具体内容和收获】

①The event covers a wide range of activities，including….

②The close encounter with is sure to be a memorable visual feast for all art lovers.

③I am firmly convinced that by immersing/absorbing yourself in ，you will definitely be rewarded with .

【关于京剧相关句子】

①Peking Opera has always enjoyed a great reputation worldwide as a treasure of traditional Chinese culture.

②Peking opera，the marvelous classical art form，features delicate make-up and traditional costumes.

【具体要求】

All the participants are expected to be punctual.

Set the mobile phone to silent mode

Do remember to listen to the professor attentively and set down some notes.

【表示期许】

We are looking forward to your prompt reply.

Make sure you won't miss it.

We are expecting your presence.

在学生进行完头脑风暴后，学生以小组为单位进行邀请信的写作。

One possible version：

Learning that you are an enthusiastic fan of Chinese culture，I am writing to invite you to attend a lecture concerning the development of Peking Opera by Professor Wang，which will be held in Room 101 at 7：00 pm this Friday.

Peking opera has always enjoyed a great reputation worldwide as a treasure of traditional Chinese culture.Aimed at increasing the popularity of Peking Opera，the report will reward you with a close encounter with it.Moreover，you will have an unmissable opportunity to immerse yourself in learning to sing Peking Opera.What calls for special attention is that we are expected to be punctual，listen to the professor attentively and set down some notes.

We are expecting your presence.I would appreciate your timely confirmation of your participation.

三、结语

由此可知，教师在指导学生写作邀请信时，要带领学生列出提纲，分析信息点，整理句式模板，最后，通过小组合作的形式完成写作。
