银杏叶提取物注射液治疗突发性耳聋的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 探究銀杏叶提取物注射液（商品名：金纳多）治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法 79例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象， 采用随机数字表法分为实验组（40例）与对照组（39例）。对照组采用盐酸前列地尔注射液治疗， 实验组在对照组的基础上采用银杏叶提取物注射液进行治疗。观察比较两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后听力损失分值和纯音听阈值及治疗后耳鸣分级水平、不良反应发生情况。结果 实验组患者的治疗总有效率97.5%明显高于对照组的82.1%， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前， 两组患者的听力损失分值、纯音听阈值比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后， 两组患者的听力损失分值、纯音听阈值均低于治疗前， 且实验组显著低于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组治疗后耳鸣分级水平明显优于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组患者的不良反应发生率2.5%低于对照组的15.4%， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 突发性耳聋采用银杏叶提取物注射液治疗， 效果显著， 可有效改善听力水平， 耳鸣症状可有效缓解， 不良反应少， 值得采用。

【Abstract】 Objective   To investigate the clinical efficacy of ginkgo biloba extract injection （trade name：Ginaton） in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods   A total of 79 patients with sudden deafness as study subjects were divided into experimental group （40 cases） and control group （39 cases） according to random number table method. The control group was treated with prostaglandil hydrochloride injection， and the experimental group was treated with ginkgo biloba extract injection on the basis of the control group. Observation and comparison were made on clinical treatment effect， hearing loss score and pure tone threshold before and after treatment， grading level of tinnitus and occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment between the two groups. Results   The total effective rate of treatment was 97.5% in the experimental group， and that was obviously higher than 82.1% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Before treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in hearing loss score and pure tone threshold between the two groups （P>0.05）. After treatment， the hearing loss score and pure tone threshold in two groups was lower than those before treatment， and the those in the experimental group was significantly lower than those in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the grading level of tinnitus in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.5% in the experimental group， and that was lower than 15.4% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion   Ginkgo biloba extract injection has remarkable effect in the treatment of sudden deafness， and it can effectively improve level of hearing， relieve the symptoms of tinnitus with fewer adverse reactions. It is worthy of application.
