案例教学法在老年心血管内科护理教学中的效果分析

[摘要] 目的 分析老年心血管内科护理教学中案例教学法的效果。方法 于2018年8月—2019年8月选取该院老年心血管内科实习的学生40名,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组20名。研究组行案例教学法,对照组行基础教学法,记录两组考核成绩、学生对案例质量的评价以及学生对教学效果的评价。结果 两组理论成绩对比组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组护理技能以及案例分析评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对案例质量的各项评价高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意義(P<0.05);研究组对教学效果的各项评价高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年心血管内科教学中,案例教学法应用有利于学生学习积极性的提升,培养学生解决问题的能力。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of case teaching method in nursing teaching of elderly cardiovascular medicine. Methods Forty students of internship in cardiovascular medicine in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a research group and a control group, with 20 in each group. The study group performed case teaching methods, and the control group performed basic teaching methods. The two groups' assessment results, students' evaluation of case quality, and students' evaluation of teaching effects were recorded. Results There was no statistical significance between the two groups in the comparison of theoretical results(P>0.05). The nursing skills and case analysis scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and there statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05). The item evaluation was higher than the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The evaluation of the teaching effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of elderly cardiovascular medicine, the application of case teaching method is conducive to the improvement of students' learning enthusiasm and the cultivation of students' ability to solve problems.

老年心血管内科护理学是护理专业主要课程,作为护理学和老年学交叉的学科,老年心血管内科护理学不仅仅在于保护老年患者身心安全,提升生活质量。同时这一课程在护理体系中占据关键地位,为学生从事临床护理工作,老年护理保健提供有力依据[1]。老年心血管内科护理教学本身具有较强的理论实践特征,以往老年护理学课程主要以灌输理念为主,学生接受为辅,在一定程度上忽略了学生主动学习的兴趣[2]。案例教学法主要是教师在教学过程中,以案例作为根本,让学生进入到案例情景中,去解决问题,学生对学习进行研究分析,加深学生对理论和概念的理解,以此提升学生解决问题的能力。该研究2018年8月—2019年8月期间在该院老年心血管内科实习的40名学生为研究对象,评定案例教学法的有效性,现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

选取在该院老年心血管内科实习的学生40名,随机分为研究组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。研究组中,男女比值3:17,年龄区间22~25岁;对照组中,男女比值4:16,年龄区间21~26岁。两组基本资料对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
