1.Coumel's sign指Coumel征或定律，当预激综合征发生顺传型房室折返性心动过速时，如旁道同侧存在束支传导阻滞，且旁道位于心室游离壁，那么，R-R间期（TCL）将比无束支阻滞时延长35ms以上。本文病例经希氏束区起搏，夺获希氏束同时激动左右心室并经左外侧旁道逆传心房的V-A间期明显短于只夺获右心室（未能夺获希氏束），再经左外侧旁道逆传心房的VA间期，差值达52ms，也符合该征。

2.His-synchronous PVC与His-refractory PVC同义，均指在希氏束不应期时的室性期前搏动。

3.句子"Although the presence of a septal AP,which is close to the AVN,may be ruled out with the results of these maneuvers,an LL-AP may not be with these maneuvers."中的LL-AP may not be后省略了"ruled out"。完整的句子应该是"Although the presence of a septal AP,which is close to the AVN,may be ruled out with the results of these maneuvers,an LL-AP may not be ruled out with these maneuvers."
