基于医生视角下网络环境对医患关系的影响研究

摘要〔〕通过对医生群体的问卷调查，了解医生上网习惯情况、医生与患者的网络交流沟通情况、网络环境对医生实际诊疗的影响、网络环境下新闻媒体对医生的影响以及医生群体关于网络发展对医患关系影响的综合看法。指出了目前网络环境给医患关系带来的影响：互联网成为一些医生知识信息更新与积累的源地，网络成为一些医生与患者交流互动的重要平台，医生需要应对日益增多的“网络型”患者，医生对媒体负面报道的反应性出现转变。

Abstract:Through the doctor group, the questionnaire survey to understand what the doctor online habits situation of network communication, doctors and patients, the effect of the real network environment for medical diagnosis and treatment, news media under the network environment on the influence of the doctor and the doctor group about web development comprehensive view of the impact of the doctor-patient relationship. Points out that the current network environment brings to the doctor-patient relationship: the influence of the Internet become some doctors information update and the accumulated knowledge source, network has become an important platform interaction some doctors and patients, doctors need to deal with an increasing number of network patients, the doctorshave reactive shifts to the media negative reports.

网络技术的发展，使医疗行业的运作模式、内部关系、发展趋势都出现了新的变化，医患关系作为医疗行业内最重要的社会关系，不可避免的受到了影响。[1]本文试图探索医生视角下的网络发展对医患关系产生的影响。
