Abstract:Insisting on the leadership of the Party is first and foremost adhering to the authority of the Party Central Committee and unified leadership. Yan’an period was a key period for the establishment of the central authority of the Communist Party of China. In Yan’an period, the Communist Party of China did it mainly from the perspective of forging the core of leadership, serious political life within the Party and strict organization system of the Party. By means of establishing Mao Zedong’s leadership core position in the Party, the unity of the whole Party ideology with Mao Zedong Thought, the “Four Observations” was carried out with the principle of democratic centralism to expand the Party’s organizational structure and improve the institutional mechanism of organizational operation, and finally a strong central authority was established within the Party. The research of the three perspectives of establishing the central authority of the Communist Party of China during the Yan’an period is of some reference significance for the Communist Party of China to consolidate the central authority of the Party in the new era.
