Everyone has lots of lifestyles. Some are good and some are bad.Here are some of my lifestyles.
I always go to bed early and get up early. My mother tells me it is important to be in good health. And I like exercising. I exercise four to six times a week. I know exercising is good for my mind and body. I seldom watch TV. I only watch CCTV news,I want to know what is going on all over the world. I want to be knowledgeable. I enjoy reading books very much. I read books every day. When I read books I feel relaxed and happy. I hardly ever use the Internet. I just use it once or twice a month.
I also have some bad lifestyles. I often eat junk food. Although it is bad for my health,I still like it. Because it is delicious. And I hardly ever eat vegetables. They are terrible for me. Sometimes I stay up late for studying,so I dont have enough sleep sometimes.
I want to give up the bad lifestyles,because I want to stay healthy. I will try my best to make it.
As students,we should have some good lifestyles. They are good for our health and our study.
