Abstract: Cheng Yi’s understanding about offering sacrifice at suburb and lighting temple was succinct, and manifested the characteristic of being suspicious of Confucian classics. As for sacrifice at lighting temple, he emphasized both of the relation between father and son, emperor and subject, this idea is the same as his understanding of “pu yi”, by so doing, he avoided the conflict of the two relations, what made him do this is that he considered heavenly principle as the basic of them. As for sacrifice at suburb, he mingled this with offering sacrifice to all ancestors, so as to show the importance of sacrifice to the earliest ancestor and reconstruction of patriarchal clan system. Regarding offering sacrificing as human nature, he highlighted the universality and commonality of rites very much, in the greatest sense, the meaning of Cheng Yi’s thought about rites is trying to realize the Confucian ideal of the whole world as one community.

Abstract:Electoral democracy and deliberative democracy are the two most important models of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics. The coordinated development of electoral democracy and deliberative democracy is an important feature and advantage of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics. The history of the coordinated development of electoral democracy and deliberative democracy in China shows that electoral democracy and deliberative democracy can make up for their respective theoretical defects and maximize the Democratic effect. The political power integration mechanism of the breakpoint type, the interest confrontation type and the preference aggregation type of electoral democracy complement each other with the discussion and communication mechanism of deliberative democracy which is inclusive, equal, fair and free. The leading core role of the Communist Party of China is an important political basis for the coordinated development of electoral democracy and deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics. In the new era, only by adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China can electoral democracy and consultative democracy play their respective roles in the practice of democracy in China.

Abstract: Ethnic affairs are the top priority of national governance. In the new era, Xi Jinping innovatively put forward the idea of “Chinese nation community”, and stressed in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party that the consciousness of Chinese nation community should be firmly established. Community consciousness of the Chinese nation is expressed as a state of unity of understanding, idea and will formed by the members of the nation around the historical context, the meaning of existence and the development orientation of the Chinese nation. Therefore, it is of great significance to interpret the connotation of the identity of the Chinese national community from the perspectives of the family of the Chinese nation, the people’s Republic of China, the Chinese excellent national culture, the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the vision of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Abstract: The stigma during the COVID-19 epidemic includes five important features, such as labeling, negative stereotype, isolation, loss of status and discrimination. Besides, there are many forms of stigma during the COVID-19 epidemic, such as physical stigma, behavioral stigma and ethnic stigma, which mainly reflect the role of political, economic and cultural. Stigma will enhance the self-esteem and superiority of the stigmatizers, enhance their identification within the group, and strengthen the rationality of their specific social, political and economic status; it will also bring “internal injury”, growth or conflict to the victim. In addition, it will also make the outsiders be bewitched by the stigma, causing panic or provoked by the stigma, resulting in dissatisfaction. Through improving the legal mechanism, strengthening public education and responsibility of the media to achieve a reasonable marking of specific objects and training the ability to bear and respond to the real concerns reasonably, according to the facts, as well as using the strategy of “let the facts speak” is of great benefit to the coping and resolving of stigma.
