课堂,让生命“出彩”

作为一名初出茅庐的青年教师,我积极响应新课改中“高校课堂”的号召,在课堂教学模式的探索中,始终坚守着这份教育理念:教育,既要“为生命导航”,也要“让学生出彩”。

教学片段一:鼓励,让学生敢于“出彩”

为了改变学生不善于沟通,不主动开口说英语的现状,我每堂课都会经常表扬他们读,经过我的多次表扬,孩子们的自信心增强了。

教学片段二:游戏,让学生快乐“出彩”

為了攻克又一难题——记单词。我想到将单词与小游戏巧妙结合,于是,在接下来的一堂课中,一上课我就很高兴地跟孩子们宣布了一件事情,今天我们不上课,我们来玩游戏!孩子们听后,立马高兴得鼓起掌来。

教学片段三:合作,让学生共同“出彩”

本课是unit 9的第一课时,其主要目标是会用Can you come to my party?的句型,并使用目标语言作肯定(Yes/Sure,Id love to...)和否定(Sorry, Id love to,but I have to...)回答,学会can的基本用法。

我在设计此课教案时采用小组合作式学习,将班上47名学生分成8个学习小组。下面以本堂课为例,展示该课程的教案及本人对这堂课的感受。

【课程案例】

Unit 9 Can you come to my party?

Section A 1a—1c

I. Teaching Aims:

1. Knowledge objects:

Words and phrases:

prepare for an exam, help my parents, go to the doctor, have the flu, meet my friends, visit my aunt, go to the concert

Key sentences:

—Can you come to my party?

—Sure, Id love to.

—Sorry,I cant. I have to...

2. Ability objects:

a.Get students to know how to make, accept and decline invitations.

b. The usage of have to

3. Moral object:

Its polite to refuse ones invitation if you cant go.

II. Teaching difficult points:

a. Make invitations with can.

b. How to make invitations , accept and decline invitations and reasons.

Listening and speaking methods; Communicative approach;Pair work.

V. Teaching Procedures

Step1.Warm-up

1. Greet the students as usual.

2. Then let the students enjoy a Christmas song.

反思和总结:课前听歌是为了给学生营造一种轻松愉快的学习气氛,使学生尽快融入英语课堂。

Step2.Lead-in

1. Talk about everyday activities. At least one activity

2. Read the expressions aloud.

3. Play a game.

4.Finish 1a.

反思和总结:随着转盘游戏的进行,不仅可以活跃课堂气氛,还能让学生对新课产生兴趣。

Step 3. Presentation

Ask and answer:

Ask some students to answer my questions, maybe they have different answers, write down the main answers on the blackboard.

反思和总结:这时问的问题正好可以呈现本堂课的目标句子“Can you come to my party?”让孩子立马掌握并作出相应的回答。

Step4. Practice

1. Pair work.

First,let two students read the example in the speech bubbles to the class.

A: Can you come to my party?

B:① Sure, Id love to.

②Sorry, I cant. I have a piano lesson.

Then ask students to practice some invitations with the right pictures on the screen. Ask students to use the phrases to practice the conversation.

2. Boys PK Girls.

反思和总结:首先通过pairwork和男女生竞争的练习操练对话,让学生反复多说多练target language.

Step5. Consolidation

1. Listening:

Listen to the tape of Part 1b carefully. Ask students to complete the activity individually, write the names next to the correct students in the picture.

2. Groupwork

Choose one party and invite your friends. Find out who can come, who cant come. Then give a report in the class.(小组汇报)

反思和总结:要求学生以分组抢答的方式完成听力训练1b的练习。既能起到再次训练和巩固的作用,又能让学生增强团体精神。

Step 6 Summay

对本堂课进行总结,使学生更加明确本堂课的重、难点。

Step 7 Exercises

对本节课内容进行练习,加深学生的记忆。

【课后反思】

1.对教学方法的不断改进。我在设计教学任务时创设了大量的教学情景,不仅激发了学生参与的兴趣,也激发了教师的幸福感。

2.对教材和知识点的深入挖掘。明确了教学目标的任务后,就要细心钻研教材,充分挖掘教材的智力因素,用到教学活动的设计中,从而提高学生的学习兴趣。

3.新颖有趣的教学形式。本节课开展小组竞赛,为学生的综合表达提供了丰富的素材,体现了以学生为主体的教学原则。

在面向未来的英语课堂中,我将矢志不移,继续践行小组合作理念,不断优化小组学习,让英语课堂灵动飞扬,让学生生命之花灿烂芬芳!
