掌握情态动词would的用法,并能用would like这一结构对食物进行询问并点餐。

体会学习英语的乐趣,在小组合作与交流中,增长生活经验,促进人际交往,并养成良好的饮食习惯。

(一)重点
1.学习日常生活中有关食物的名称。
2.含有would like的特殊疑问句及其回答。

1.would like的用法。
2.模拟生活场景点菜、用餐等对话。
【教学设计】
一、总体思路
本课采用任务型教学法,同时借助多媒体教学。游戏和竞赛贯穿于整个教学过程,使学生始终保持浓厚的兴趣。通过设计讨论、对话、表演等多项活动,增添课堂教学的趣味性和互动性,培养学生的参与意识和实践能力。
二、教学过程
(一)Lead-in.
1.Warm-up.“Lets sing Apple Tree together.”
2.Brain-storm.“Show the names of the food.”
[设计说明]
(1)在课前与学生共同唱一首Apple Tree,让学生热身,感受学习英语的乐趣,调动学生学习的积极性。
(2)Brain-storm环节,是通过头脑风暴这一比赛形式,让学生尽可能多的说出事物的名称,既是让学生相互竞争共同参与,也为新课目标句型的出示做铺垫。
(二)Presentation
Teacher:Of all these foods,I like noodles best.So I would like some noodles.And I have a noodles house here.Do you want to work in my noodles house on weekend? If you want,you must finish my 5 tasks(任务).

整个目标语言的呈现和练习过程,是以顺利闯过五关,成为一名合格的店员为主线串联起来的,既能调动学生的学习热情,也为整节课注入活力。

让学生通过帮面条店买原材料,和把买来的原材料放在正确的位置。让学生在语言情景中掌握有关事物的名称。

(2)Pairwork.
[设计说明]
(1)通过生动形象的图画展示,呈现给学生目标句型。
(2)通过Pairwork环节,让学生借助图片练习对话,调动积极性。

(1)通过图片向学生呈现目标语言,直观形象,易于掌握。(2)听力环节是对学生目标语言的进一步提升和拓展。

[设计说明]
(1)让学生模仿例子做练习,目标明确,同时也突出并练习了重、难点。
(2)借助图片练习对话,调动学生的积极性。
Task5Read a conversation between the waiter and the customers, then answer the two questions.(2d)
1.What would Sally and Tom like?
2.What size bowl of beef soup would they like?
[设计说明]
让学生带着问题去阅读2d的对话,学习任务明确。同时让学生标出原文中出示答案的句子,培养学生良好的阅读习惯。
(三)Groupwork.(Role-play)
To be a good waiter,how can you show yourself well?A chance for you! Choose your favorite house in your group,and show us your wonderful performance!
经过前面五个任务的考验,你已经是一名合格的店员了,作为一名合格的店员,你会有怎样精彩的表现呢?抓紧选择一家你中意的饭店,进店表现自己吧!
[设计说明]
(1)学生充当店员和顾客的角色,把现实生活中的情境搬到课堂上,让学生能在“用中学”“学中用”,调动学生的表达欲望。
(2)这一部分也是对课本的一个整合和提升,让学生在运用中熟练掌握目标语言。
(四)Homework
Write down the conversation you made in your group.

本节课容量大,课上时间紧,任务重,让学生将本节课Groupwork中,自己编写的对话在课下写下来,弥补了课上笔头少的缺陷,让学生的听说读写各方面都能得到充分的练习。
(五)We should remember
An apple a day keeps the doctor away.一天一苹果,医生远离我。

通过告诉学生有用的句子,进一步让学生明白要养成良好的饮食习惯,扣题:本节课的情感目标。
