笔者总结跟随娄锡恩教授临床治疗“不寐”的辨治经验，认为“不寐”，尤其是中青年人多心肝火旺，从心肝火旺来治疗，易于把握，疗效较好。

失眠，中医称为“不寐”，指无法入睡或无法保持睡眠状态，导致睡眠不足，表现为入睡困难、早醒、醒后无法入睡。现代医家在临床中，对于失眠症的辨证多从气血阴阳入手，以五脏失调为本分析，多数医家以“五脏致病”立论，部分医家由“虚实”辨析。娄锡恩主任对于失眠的治疗积累了丰富的经验，笔者有幸跟随学习，受益匪浅。不寐病因病机较复杂，由于当今社会生活节奏日渐加快，受失眠困扰的患者与日俱增。娄主任认为“不寐”，尤其是中青轻人主要从心肝辨证论治。

The author summarizes the experiences in syndrome differentiation of clinical treatment of insomnia following the professor Lou Xi'en.He thinks that insomnia，especially the young peoplemainly are hyperactivity of heart-liver fire.From the hyperactivity ofheart-liver fire for treatment iseasy to grasp，and the curative effect isbetter.
