教学目标与要求:
1.能够听、说、认读句子:Whats your hobby? I like collecting stamps.
2.能够听、说、读、写动词短语的现在分词形式:collecting stamps ,riding a bike,diving,playing the violin,making kites.
3.鼓励学生发展广泛的兴趣与爱好,培养学生乐于与人交往的性格。
重难点分析:
1.本课时的教学重点是掌握五个动词的现在分词形式。
2.本课时的教学难点是拼写:riding,diving,making.
教学准备:
录音机及磁带、本部分的单词卡、一些树叶、一本集邮册、两只风筝、跳水图片。
教学过程:
1.Warm-up
播放歌曲“I love going hiking”,学生边唱边做动作。
2.Presentation
①教师边展示树叶边说:“I like collecting leaves.Whats your hobby?”引导学生回答出:“I like...”教师板书:Whats your hobby?I like playing the violin.指导学生拼读hobby,playing the violin并进行问答操练。
②师拿出集邮册,从里面取出一张邮票,问学生:“Whats this?”引导学生回答:“Its a stamp.”教师板书stamp并带读。教师展示集邮册,同时说:“I like collecting stamps”然后板书并带读collecting stamps。问:“Do you like stamps?”引导学生回答后拼读并操练:I like collecting stamps。
③教师做骑自行车的动作,问:“What am I doing?”学生猜:“You are...”教师说:“Yes,I am riding a bike.I go to work by bike erery day.I like riding a bike.”板书:riding a bike,指导学生拼读,告诉学生riding是ride去掉结尾不发音e再加上ing。
④出示风筝,问Can you fly kites?Who likes kites?Can you make a kite?学生回答后,重点教学make a kite。出示相关图片,T:Whats Tom doing?帮学生回答:Hes making kites.教学making kites,并拼读。教师将图片贴到黑板上,对学生说:Whats Toms hobby?Please guess.帮学生回答并将该句型以同桌为单位相互问答。
⑤出示田亮跳水的图片,问:“Do you know Tian Liang?What is he doing?”引导学生回答:“He is diving.”教师板书diving.学生拼读操练。
3.Practice
①教师手指板书,学生齐拍手练习说句子,如:What is your hobby?Play,playing,I like playing the violin.Collect,collecting,I like collecting stamps.Make,making,I like making kites.Dive,diving,I like diving.
②教师对学生讲解游戏规则:如果你和黑板上的某人的爱好相同,你将是他/她的朋友,通过问答,看自己和誰是朋友。如:学生甲用Whats your hobby?询问学生乙的爱好,乙若答:I like playing the violin.则他/她将是Wu xx的朋友。看谁的朋友多。若学生回答黑板内容以外的,可在黑板上写下自己的爱好并寻求新的朋友。要求学生问答速度要快。
③Group work:以小组为单位用Whats your hobby?调查,将调查结果按照课本中的模式进行表达。教师可先与几个学生示范表演,然后进行小组活动。
