赏泉观灯“闹元宵”泉城别样“狂欢节”

“正月里，正月正，正月十五鬧花灯。花灯花，花灯红，雪打花灯好年景。”春节的鞭炮声刚过，中国老百姓的“狂欢节”——元宵节便来临了。

这一天的济南，张灯结彩，鱼灯、元宝灯、聚宝盆灯等各色花灯扮靓城市，“猜灯虎”、踩高跷、扭秧歌、耍龙灯、四蟹、舞狮子、跑旱船、抬芯子、“偷菜节”“迎紫姑”“送孩儿灯”等各种民俗活动纷呈上演。

身为泉城，自唐朝开始，元宵夜到趵突泉赏泉观灯就是济南城一大盛事。如今，趵突泉公园更是每年都会举办迎春花灯会。元宵佳节、良辰美景，徜徉在游人如织的趵突泉畔，欣赏着眼前的精美花灯，让人心旷神怡。

另外，“走百病”也是明清以来一项颇有特色的民俗活动。“纷纷老幼喜相呼，一走人间百病无。”妇女们穿着节日盛装，成群结队走出家门、过桥，有的地区到文庙、寺庙，有的登城墙或楼阁，直到夜半。小闺女们在这天以跳绳为戏，名曰“跳百索”。

需要特别提出的是，因为济南泉众水多，元宵那天燃放河灯的习俗也蔚然成风。据清修《济南府志》记载：“元夕张灯，食汤圆，散灯浮诸流水，谓之放河灯。”济南正月十五放河灯的独特习俗，可谓全国无二。

The Lantern Festival is celebrated on the 15th day of the first lunar month. It is a continuation of celebrating the Spring Festival. The day leads to the first full moon night of the year， and is also the night when the earth returns to spring. It is tradition that people hang lanterns everywhere， in their house or in the streets. The lanterns depict various characters， showing an atmosphere of joy. People will come out and appreciate the beautiful scene. Besides watching lanterns， there are many traditions for the festival in Jinan， such as floating river lanterns， walking on stilts， performing Yange dance， dragon dance and lion dance and so forth.
