1.该书面表达任务是就要点写一篇发言稿,首先应仔细审题,行文时不可遗漏要点。
2.发言稿宜用短句,在论述时,可用排比、对比等修辞手法来增强说服力和气勢。
3.注意发言稿的语言特点和结构特征,如称谓、话题导入等;恰当选用发言稿的经典语句,如It’s mypleasure to.../ I feel it a great honor to...等。

It’s my pleasure to give you a speech about doingsomething for my school,and it’s believed that everyone of us can make our school more attractive.
First of all,we can do something to make our cam-pus more beautiful. Not only can each of us senior highschool students plant a tree in the school,but also wecan organize a complete cleaning on the campus.

五、英文发言稿的写作指导
1. 熟悉文体特点
英语发言稿是高考书面表达题经常考查的文体,常要求考生以参加演讲比赛、针对某事表达自己看法和意见等撰写,是一种常见的应用文体。
2. 掌握格式特征
发言稿通常由三部分组成,即呼语、正文和结束语,其中开头和结尾格式较固定。一般由 It’s mypleasure to .../ I feel it a great honor to...等引入主题;结尾用 That’s all .Thank you for listening. /Thanks foryour attention等结束发言。
3. 合理安排结构
分三部分写作:第一部分提出本人要谈的问题及对问题的看法;第二部分为主体,需运用各种方法及材料来论证你的观点,常用到的连接成分有:to beginwith,in addition,finally等;尾段照应开头,总结全文。
4. 恰当选用经典语句
发言稿有欢迎辞、演讲稿等不同的类型,行文时需针对不同的类型选用恰当的经典语句。如在罗列观点时可用My personal opinions on ... are as follows./Here are my personal opinions on ...等。在欢迎(送)类发言稿上可用 Let’s give our best regards and respectsto.../ Please take our kind respects to... /Before leaving,I should like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks for ...等在宣讲类发言稿中可用 As we allknow.../Only in this way.../ It is my honor to .../Let meexpress my ...to .../ I think ...等。
学生在写英语发言稿时,教师应该充分发挥引导作用,指导学生熟悉发言稿的文体特点和格式特征,引导学生合理安排文章结构并恰当选择套句,这样学生才能写好英语发言稿。
