摘 要:目的:探讨体验式教学在基础护理实训教学中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2019级三年制大专护理专业的学生作为研究对象。随机分为对照组147人和试验组154人,对照组采用传统教学方式,试验组采用体验式教学法,比较两组护生学期末理论和实训考核成绩和人文关怀能力得分。结果:试验组护生的理论、实训以及人文关怀能力得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:与传统教学模式相比,体验式教学可以更好地激发学生的学习兴趣和热情,提高教学质量。

Effect of experiencebased teaching in basic nursing training teaching

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of experiential teaching in basic nursing training teaching.Methods:The students of the 2019 threeyear college nursing major in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Randomly divided into 147 people in the control group and 154 people in the experimental group.The control group adopts traditional teaching methods and the experimental group adopts experiential teaching methods.The two groups of nursing students are compared with the semesterend theoretical and practical training assessment scores and humanistic care ability scores.Results:The scores of theoretical,practical training and humanistic care ability of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional teaching mode,experiential teaching can better stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm in learning,and improve the quality of teaching.

隨着医学事业的迅速发展,就业市场和用人单位对护理专业从业人员的要求越来越高。护理实训课程是培养护生实际岗位胜任能力的主要方法之一。目前国内医学院校的护理实训教学仍以理论授课穿插实操演示为主,不能很好地唤起学生的学习兴趣和主动性。而体验式教学是指由教师创设情境,引导学生进行情景体验,在体验的过程中学会转变和克制消极的情绪和错误的认识,培养和应用积极情感和正确的认识的一种教学方法[1]。为积极响应《国家职业教育改革实施方案》[2]所提出的要求,本研究在高职护生《基础护理学》实训教学中采用体验式教学法并观察教学效果,为今后实训教学的开展和研究提供有益的参考和重要补充。
