文莱再次加紧疫情防控工作
11月30日,文莱首相府宣布,暂停对出现奥密克戎新冠病毒变种病例的8个非洲国家出入境许可,该规定也适用于此前已获准从上述国家入境文莱的外国人,同时晚上10点到凌晨4点的宵禁再延长两周。此前计划于11月30日结束疫情过渡阶段解除宵禁,但奥密克戎新冠病毒变种又打断了文莱开放的机会。这是今年文莱第4次宣布延长宵禁政策。
菲律宾紧急暂停外国旅客入境
11月30日,菲律宾总统府宣布,由于奥密克戎变种毒株的传播,菲律宾暂停允许享有免签待遇且已完全接种新冠疫苗的外国人入境的决策。此前菲律宾发布的第150-A决议规定,来自绿色名单中享有免签待遇国家、辖区及地区的已完全接种新冠疫苗旅客可以自当地时间12月1日起入境菲律宾。菲律宾表示,暂停了这项决议是出于谨慎,将积极监测奥密克戎变种毒株的发展趋势。
马新旅游通道启动
11月29日,新加坡和马来西亚“完成疫苗接种者旅游通道”启动,马来西亚总理伊斯梅尔与新加坡总理李显龙共同见证。伊斯梅尔透露,自己和李显龙还讨论双方进一步开放新加坡到马来西亚槟城、哥打基纳巴卢等地的空中通道,并计划恢复双方因新冠疫情中断的双边交流机制。除陆上通道,两国“完成疫苗接种者空中通道”也于当日开通。

中老铁路工作制服亮相
11月26日,“中老昆万铁路国内段试乘体验采访活动”启动,昆明铁路局展示了动车组工作人员的特色制服“丝路花语”。据悉,该制服是根据“设计一套工装”“扮靓一对文化列车”等要求,结合“丝路通途、美美与共”的线路文化理念,突出中老铁路客运工作特点,并尝试将中国文化、铁路元素、友谊标志进行融合,努力打造出中老铁路线上的一道亮丽风景线。
中方考虑恢复从柬埔寨回国航班
11月25日,中国驻柬埔寨大使馆首席参赞常健在与柬埔寨移民局副局长高万通会面时,赞赏柬埔寨与中方的合作,特别赞赏与柬埔寨移民总局的合作,并承诺中方将向移民局提供培训,以提高移民局警察更有效履行职责的能力。同时常建表示,考虑要求中国政府增加从柬埔寨到中国的航班运营,以方便中国人以及包括柬埔寨人在内的其他外国人回国旅行。

11月28日,柬埔寨首相洪森通过脸书专页发文祝贺柬埔寨“面具舞”(Lakhon Khol)列入联合国教科文组织非物质文化遗产名录3周年。柬埔寨“面具舞”是柬埔寨传统戏剧舞蹈,拥有悠久的历史。2018年11月28日,联合国教科文组织保护非物质文化遗产政府间委员会第13届常会在毛里求斯首都路易港举行时,正式批准柬埔寨申请的“面具舞”列入非物质文化遗产名录。
印尼调整入境政策

Hong Kong Disneyland reopens after 1-day closure over COVID-19 fears

Beijing rolls out culture and tourism projects
November 25, 2021 (China Daily) -- A total of 45 culture and tourism investment and financing projects were unveiled at a trade event in Beijing on November 24. The projects are from 14 districts of the capital city and involve a total investment of RMB 12.2 billion yuan (US$1.9 billion). They cover 10 categories, including cultural and creative tourism, red tourism, rural homestay and boutique hotels, study tours and tourism infrastructure and services. The projects are expected to improve and promote Beijing's cultural tourism industry, according to officials. Beijing was visited by 198 million tourists in the first nine months, up 74.2% as compared with the same period of last year, said Guan Yu, an official from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism.
