芳香疗法缓解淋巴瘤患者化疗后恶心呕吐的护理体会

【摘要】 目的：探讨芳香疗法缓解淋巴瘤患者化疗后恶心呕吐的护理体会。方法：选取2017年6月-2018年6月笔者所在医院收治的淋巴瘤患者80例，随机分为两组，对照组在患者化疗后采用常规方式进行护理，研究组在对照组的基础上采用芳香疗法进行护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果：研究组患者化疗后呕吐发生频率、呕吐持續时间及呕吐症状的严重程度评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）;研究组患者的护理满意度为92.5%，优于对照组的72.5%（P<0.05）。结论：患者在进行淋巴瘤化疗后，应用芳香疗法来缓解患者恶心呕吐的症状，从而减轻患者的痛苦，并且可有效地提高患者的护理满意度，临床上应当进一步推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the nursing experience of aromatherapy in alleviating nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy in patients with lymphoma. Method： A total of 80 cases of lymphoma patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care after chemotherapy， and the study group received aromatherapy for nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Compared the nursing effect between the two groups. Result： The frequency of vomiting after chemotherapy， the duration of vomiting and the severity score of vomiting symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.5%， which was better than 72.5% of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Aromatherapy can alleviate the symptoms of nausea and vomiting of patients after lymphoma chemotherapy， so as to alleviate the pain of patients， improve the patients nursing satisfaction， clinical should be further promoted.

淋巴瘤是临床上严重的恶性肿瘤之一，临床症状主要表现为无痛性淋巴结肿大及肝脾肿大，疾病发生的原因在临床上认为与患者自身基因突、放射线、其他病原体感染及化学药物等因素有关，淋巴系统的分布特点导致疾病一旦出现就可能会侵犯到全身任何组织及器官[1]。患者通过使用化学药物达到杀死癌细胞的目的，化疗药物会随着血液循环到达全身的组织和器官，对于治疗淋巴瘤疾病疗效较为明显，恶心呕吐是化疗后经常出现的毒副作用，芳香疗法能够有效地抑制恶心呕吐反应[2]。笔者所在医院在淋巴瘤化疗的护理过程当中，应用芳香疗法来缓解患者恶心呕吐的症状，取得了较为满意的效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2017年6月-2018年6月笔者所在医院收治的80例淋巴瘤患者作为研究对象。纳入标准：确诊为淋巴瘤;年龄≥18岁;患者未接受过化疗及放疗治疗。排除标准：患者对ARB、ACEI过敏，并且不能够承受使用血管紧张素受体拮抗剂后产生的皮疹、咳嗽、低血压、高钾血症等不良反应;患者存在心脏器质性病变、贫血及全身系统性疾病;精神病家族史;长期使用利尿剂的患者;心理不健康的患者。将患者随机分为两组，对照组40例，其中男26例，女14例;年龄18～76岁，平均（47.2±2.9）岁。研究组患者40例，其中男22例，女18例;年龄19～77岁，平均（48.6±1.2）岁。两组一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），有可比性。患者自愿参与本研究，并且同意随访，研究经医院伦理委员会批准。
