形容词和副词比较级要点解析

一、表示两者（人或事物）的对比时用比较级，通常用连词than引导，表示“较……”或“更……一些”

（2018年长春卷）—Hi， Jane！ Ill go to Shijiazhuang next month.

—Great！ The glass bridge there is than any other one in the world.

A. long B. longer

C. longest D. the longest

解析：根据标志词than可知，该句应用比较级。答句句意为：石家庄的玻璃桥比世界上的其他玻璃桥都长。选B。

【知识点】形容词和副词比较级的构成

单音节词和少数双音节词的变化规则：

1）一般直接在单词词尾加-er，如：fast→faster，high→higher等。

2）以-e结尾的词，直接在词尾加-r，如fine→finer，late→later等。

3）以“一个元音+辅音”结尾的词，要先双写词尾的辅音字母，然后再加-er。如：fat→fatter，big→bigger等。

4）以辅音字母加-y结尾应变y为i加-er，如：early→earlier，easy→easier等。

部分双音节和多音节词，在词前加more或less，如：slowly→more/less slowly，easily→more/less easily等。

还有需要特殊记忆的不规则变化。如：

good/well→better，many/much→more，little→less，far→farther/further，bad/badly/ ill→worse，old→older/elder等。

二、在表示“和……一样……”和“不及……”这类概念时，可以用“as+原级+as”和“not as（so）+原级+as”句型
