[摘要]目的 分析精细化健康体检管理模式在体检中心的应用效果。方法 选取2016年4月~2017年4月我市体检中心的54名体检者作为参照组,采取传统常规管理模式,选取2017年5月~2018年5月我市体检中心的54名体检者作为研讨组,采用精细化健康体检管理模式,比较两组体检人员的服务满意度、对健康知识掌握程度与生活质量评分。结果 两组体检者在我市体检中心体检结束后,研讨组体检者的服务总满意度明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研讨组体检者对健康知识的总知晓率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研讨组体检者的生活质量评分明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过对体检中心采取精细化健康体检管理模式,改善了体检者的护理满意度,应用效果理想,在今后的体检管理工作中值得进一步推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of fine physical examination management mode in physical examination center. Methods A total of 54 physical examinees in the Medical Examination Center of our city from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the control group, which received traditional conventional management mode. A total of 54 physical examinees in the Medical Examination Center of our city from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the seminar group, which received fine physical examination management mode. The service satisfaction, mastery of health knowledge and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared. Results After the physical examination of the two groups, the total satisfaction of the medical examinees in the seminar group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total awareness rate of health knowledge in the seminar group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores in the seminar group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing satisfaction of physical examination patients is improved by adopting the fine management mode of physical examination in physical examination center. The application effect is ideal. It is worth further popularizing in the future physical examination management.

近年來,随着中国社会的进步与人民生活水平的不断提高,各类疾病的发生率均有不同程度的提高,体检作为预防疾病的一个必要手段,愈加被健康生活人士所青睐[1-2]。意识的提高,随之而来的需求也日益增加,目前各大体检中心日常接诊的人数不断攀升,管理更应强化[3]。因此在竞争激烈的健康体检行业中,如何坚守“以人为本,以客户为尊,以质量为重”的服务理念,为顾客提供优质、精准的服务特别重要[4]。精细化健康体检管理模式注重各个细微环节,规范体检流程,提升体检服务水平[5-6]。本研究主要围绕精细化健康体检管理模式在体检中心的应用进行深入探讨,现报道如下。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
选取我市体检中心的108名体检者作为研究对象,其中2016年4月~2017年4月的54名体检者作为参照组,2017年5月~2018年5月的54名体检者作为研讨组。参照组中,女25名,男29名;年龄40~72岁,平均(52.57±3.28)岁。研讨组中,女28名,男26名;年龄41~73岁,平均(52.39±3.76)岁。两组体检者的一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。所有体检者均自愿参与本研究,并签署知情同意书,排除妊娠、哺乳期、重要脏器功能不全、患有精神障碍等人员。本研究已经相关医学伦理委员会批准。
