细节护理在手术室护理工作中的应用效果

[摘要]目的 探讨细节护理在手术室护理工作中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年1～ 11月我院收治的110例需手术的患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组，每组55 例。对照组采用手术室常规护理，观察组在手术室常规护理的基础下实施细节护理，观察并比较两组患者护理质量评分、患者满意度。结果 观察组护士对患者病情的掌握率、基础护理合格率、健康教育宣教率及护理质量满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在手术室护理中实施细节护理的效果较好，可明显提高护理质量评分及患者满意度，从而提高护理治疗依从性，保障手术顺利进行。

The application effect of detail nursing care in operating room

[Abstract]Objective To study the application effect of detail nursing care in operating room.Methods From January to November 2017，110 patients who needed surgery were selected as the research object，and randomly divided into control group and observation group，55 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing in the operating room，while the observation group was given detailed nursing on the basis of routine nursing in operating room and the nursing quality scores and patient satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The nurses′ mastery rate of patients′ illness，qualified rate of basic nursing， health education and propaganda rate and satisfaction rate of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion The effect of detailed nursing care in operating room care is better，and the nursing quality score and patient satisfaction can be significantly improved，thereby improving the compliance of nursing care and ensuring the smooth operation.

随着医疗改革的进一步发展，要求医护人员在提高服务技术的前提下进一步提高医护人员服务质量[1]，同时对手术室护士服务的要求也越来越严格，不仅要有精湛的护理技术、扎实的理论基础以及良好的服务态度，还要有为手术患者、麻醉医师及手术医师提供细节护理服务的理念。近年来，细节护理受广泛手术患者的青睐，通过术前、术中和术后更细节、更为全面的护理，缓解了患者术前紧张的情绪，为患者的术中舒度适创造了一定的条件，并且促进了患者术后康复状况，进一步提高手术质量与患者满意度[2-3]。所有手术患者围术期均无严重并发症发生，取得了较好的成绩，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2017年1～11月我院收治的110例需手术的患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组，每组55 例。观察组中，患者年龄26～78岁，平均（42.8±6.3）岁；其中四肢骨折内固定手术10例，甲状腺手术10例，乳腺癌手术10例，胃肠手术10例，宫腹联合手术10例，白内障手术5例。对照组中，患者年龄30～80岁，平均（46.8±7.2）岁，其中四肢骨折内固定手术8例，甲状腺手术12例，乳腺癌手术10例，胃肠手术10例，宮腹联合手术8例，白内障手术7例；两组患者的一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。本研究患者及家属均知情并且经过医院医学伦理委员会批准，患者及家属同意接受手术治疗并签署知情同意书。
