于家堡站是京津城际铁路延伸线的终点站,位于天津市滨海新区于家堡中心商务区的核心地带。根据规划有3条城市轨道交通线路在于家堡站交汇并集中设站,从而形成了集国铁、地铁、公交、出租车及社会车辆等多种交通方式于一体的综合交通枢纽。为使铁路客站能够直接引入到中心商务区的内部,并不破坏地面的景观环境,所以采用地下引入的方式。总建筑规模达到了27.6万m2,地面规划为景观绿地。地下的国铁站房位于枢纽中部,设计为地下两层、地面一层,地下二层为站台层,地下一层为站厅层,地面层为入口大厅,车站设计规模约为8.6万m2,为目前国内规模最大的地下铁路客站。设计中大量采用了将自然光线引入地下的设计手段,改善了地下车站的进出站环境,也营造出了明亮、自然的室内空间环境。富于特色的地面建筑为整个于家堡综合交通枢纽的主要入口,也是地下一层候车区域的采光屋面。从规划理念上为绿地中的一颗明珠,具有鲜明的标志性。穹顶采用了"贝壳”作为设计概念,由36根正螺旋杆件与36根反螺旋杆件编织而成的"贝壳”形的穹顶,为双曲面的单层钢结构体系,屋面维护材料则采用了ETFE膜材料与Low-E玻璃的组合,从而形成了通透、明亮、轻盈的采光屋面。穹顶长143m,宽80m,矢高约24m,正、反两组螺旋系统相交,在屋面上形成交织的网格,达到建筑与结构的完美结合。
Yujiapu Railway Station is a terminal station on the extension line of Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway, located at the hub of Yujiapu Central Business District (CBD) in Binhai New Area of Tianjin. According to city planning, three intersection lines of urban rails and stations will be set up here to create a comprehensive transportation hub integrating national railway, subway, buses, taxis, social vehicles, and other means of transportation. In order to directly introduce passenger stations into the interior of CBD buildings and protect ground landscape and environment from damage, the Yujiapu Railway Station is designed to be an underground terminal station. With a total floor area of 276,000m2, its ground space is slated to be green landscape. In the middle part of the underground space, a station house of the national railway will be built. Yujiapu Railway Station is designed with two floors underground and one floor above ground. The lower basement level is designed to be the platform floor, the first basement level is an underground hall, and the ground floor is an entrance hall. The station, with a design area of 86,000m2, is now considered as the largest underground railway station in China. The utilization of natural light to penetrate to the underground not only improves the environment access to the station but also create a bright and natural interior space. The distinctive ground building works as both a main entrance of the Yujiapu comprehensive transportation hub and a lighting roof of the waiting area on the first basement floor. The station, based on the design concept of building a pearl among a stretch of greens, has a distinctive feature of landmark. Its dome is designed as a hyperbolical shell to be constructed with single-layered steel structure woven with 36 clockwise spiral beams and 36 counter-clockwise spiral beams. Its roof is covered with both ETFE membrane and Low-E glass, forming a lightweight, transparent and bright roof for lighting. The dome is 143cm in length by 80cm in width and 24m in height. The clockwise spiral beams intersecting with the counterclockwise spiral beams on the roof constitutes woven lattices, which combines the building with the structure perfectly.
