Abstract:The development history of civic education in our country is relatively short,but with the gradual advancement of modernization,human modernization is becoming more and more important.As the school is an institution of cultivating people,it should take on more responsibility in the aspect of civic education.However,the civic education in the basic education stage has become solely cognition-oriented,and the division of knowledge and practice of civic spirit deviates from the original intention of civic education.Therefore,civic education needs to shift to activity-oriented.Activity-centered civic education fit the inherent requirements of civic education,for it has created a public life in a small range and it is more suitable to the student situation.In carrying out civic education activities,we should follow the rules of guiding activities with high order value,doing activities according to age differences and giving fullplay to studentautonomy.

Abstract:In Chinese culture,red culture is a very important culture of historic significance.The red cultural resources are the unique cultural wealth of our country.Using the red cultural resources as the important source of knowledge in the senior high school ideological and political course can not only effectively control the ideological and politicallearning direction,butalso promote the students’interest in learning.Whatis more,itenhances the students’moral awareness and affection.On the basis of expounding the connotation and characteristics of the red cultural resources,this paper analyzes the application of the red resources in the ideological and political courses in senior high schools,increases the content and activities,explores how to use the resources in the teaching and educating activities,and find innovative and breakthrough methods,so that importance has been attached to the teaching and education of the red cultural resources in the senior high school ideological and political course.

Abstract:In the primary and secondary school teacher training,the key to the improvement of teacher training quality lies in the understanding ofthe teacher training needs.Based on teacher training practice,this paper discusses how to respect and guide the training needs from the perspectives of the needs for the training objectives,topics, content,modes and organization so as to improve training quality.
