byCheLin

With the core value concept of France “freedom, equality and fraternity”, first advocated at the end of the eighteenth Century, being established in the mid nineteenth Century by way of the Constitution, public advocacy, festivals and ceremonies, national leaders’ speeches, school education and other means, the will of the state came to be extended gradually from the social elite to all the society.
