Network financing includes online peer-to-peer lending,big data financing and crowd-funding.This paper analyses three network financing models and their risk characteristics.According to theories of capital cost and transaction cost,this paper compares the costs of three network financing models.The study concludes that the high risk of network financing will inevitably initiate the rise of transaction costs in the purchase evaluation stage and post purchase behavior stage in the case of limited financing,which leads to the rise of the capital cost ofnetwork financing.

Spatial Difference Research of the Impact of Water Affairs Market on Regional Economic——a Sample of Zhejiang Province

Water market is the only way for water industry development.From the perspective of time and space,we make an empirical analysis of Zhejiang Province by spatial econometric model to analysis the impacts that water market made on the regional economic growth.Then we concluded that the development of water market orientation in Zhejiang Province in 2005 appears negative spatial spillover effects on regional economic growth,while the spillover effect is positive in 2013.Besides,the spatial effect of water market is limited by the distance and as the increase of distance,the spatial effect weakened obviously.

In the era of GATT,multilateral negotiation groups have emerged and the Cairns Groups,aiming at the liberalization of agricultural markets,was the first group to be stable and had a real impact on the negotiations.After the establishment of WTO especially after the beginning of the Doha round,negotiation groups have prospered,and they have become effective tools for developing county members to enhance the their strength in negotiations.But now there are many challenges in their system and stability.Although the WTO least-developed members committee,regional trade agreements committee and the Secretariat recognize and support member groups,but they still do not give them legal status as bargaining tools.The stability of the negotiating groups itself is also affected by the heterogeneity of internal interests and external forces.

Review and Prospect of conflict management in Entrepreneurial team

The entrepreneurial team plays a critical role during the entrepreneurial stage.The key factor for successful entrepreneurial team management is conflict management.Exiting literature found that the mechanism of action of conflict management for entrepreneurial team is mainly shown in five aspects:team scale,team classification,team diversity,team cohesiveness,team atmosphere.This article illustrates the research status of entrepreneurial team,team scale,classification,evolvement and conflict management'method,process and solution pattern by literature review.To clarify the relationship and the mechanism of action between entrepreneurial team and conflict management,analyze how the entrepreneurial team deals with the conflict under different standards,and propose the further research direction of conflict management for entrepreneurial team management.

Research on Organizational Innovation in the Context of Organizational Slack,Organizational Learning and Innovation Intention

Through the analysis of feedback reinforcement mechanism of the organizational slack,organizational innovation,organizational learning and organizational innovation,we establish the organizational innovation context,which is composed of three elements:organizational slack,organizational innovation intention and organizational learning.In the meantime,this paper discusses the characteristics of organizational innovation in different innovation context,and put forward some countermeasures to promote innovation.
