Abstract:Intelligent power plant construction is the development direction of electric power industry informatization, establish large data integration platform for power plants to produce all kinds of data processing is a key step of constructing power plants with wisdom. Per the characteristics of the electric power industry, analyze the data source and data structures, designed the special data platform architecture to deal with data and calculation of deep mining gives accurate decision support information. The platform in a coal-fired power plant actual operation, the operation results show that the platform can handle power plant data and it is concluded that the correct information.

Abstract:Based on the problems of intelligent substation secondary equipment configuration, maintenance and control system, combined with the philosophy of software engineering, an integrated multi-task software platform based on OSGi&RCP was indicated. The framework is based on Java dynamic module OSGi and Eclipse RCP. Combining service oriented communication mechanism and the plugin interface and implementation phase separation in the package to minimize dependence on design method, has realized the system users, business oriented loosely-coupled integration, has solved the traditional software architecture in the development, deployment, and engineering application on cycle is long, the defects of lack of flexibility, achieve the effect of modularity “plug-in”.The feasibility and superiority was approved by application.

2017-02-08 Application of maxDNA-based PROFIBUS site busbar in power plant chemical water treatment system

Abstract:To build digital power plant, Huadian International Power Corporation Fengjie Power Plant 600 MW ultra-critical unit chemical water treatment system realized site busbar. Combined PROFIBUS site busbar technology and maxDNA distributed control system, proper hardware and control algorithm was provided based on the characteristics of chemical water treatment system. Study result indicated that this system satisfied control requirement. The operation is safe and reliable, the possibility is proved.

2017-02-12 Internet-of-things-based high voltage vacuum breaker intelligent digital monitoring system analysis

Abstract:An Internet-of-things-based high voltage vacuum breaker intelligent digital monitoring system was indicated. The vacuum circuit breaker is based on DSP data acquisition processing center, by using the hall current sensor, pressure sensor and displacement sensor mechanical properties such as sensors and the wireless temperature measurement module for high voltage vacuum circuit breaker mechanical finish data collection and processing, as well as to realize the local wireless communication mode will be available after processing the data information sent to the vacuum circuit breaker intelligent digital monitoring center. The core of the intelligent digital monitoring center is based on VB platform. Take Access as backend database management system, used to store kinds of monitoring information, and to facilitate monitoring personnel to query the operational parameters of high voltage vacuum circuit breaker display and fault analysis. Field test prove that this system has higher working stability and accuracy.

2017-02-16 Physical analysis of reactor different refueling methods based on MCNP pressurized water reactor

Abstract:Refueling method is essential for the economy and safety of reactor. By Monte Carlo method, physical model of miniature reactor was built by MCNP software. Accurate physical calculating model of fuel, coolant, reactor core and reflector were built accordingly. The effective value-added of refueling after the core factor keff, neutron energy distribution and neutron flux density radial distribution of physical quantity calculation, analysis and calculation at the same time focus on core power density distribution. Draw up the core power density distribution of three-dimensional figure, summarizes the power density distribution. By a series physical calculation and summarization of data, the reference for reactor core improvement and effect of refueling method for reactor core power was indicated.

Abstract:This paper introduced the importance of a cable management system in power distribution network, and detailed the function requirements of cable account maintenance, auxiliary facility account maintenance, intelligent operation and intelligent overhaul based on the automatic cable management system for power distribution network according to the needs of distribution automation. At last, it designed and realized a cable management system based on the Java EE (Java platform, enterprise edition) technology.

Abstract:Based on two-generator parallel-running redundant uninterrupted power supply (UPS)structure applied in large thermal power plant is more, higher reliability. Due to the feature of its output in parallel, when the fault after the machine maintenance and recovery, adopt different ways of operation on the quality of the UPS power bus. In a power plant in weaver UPS bus power fluctuations in the process of operation caused by the air preheater, tripping events through PMDR-200 portable failure data recorder for a variety of weaver has the effect of different analysis, comparison, find out the optimum operation scheme, improved the level of operational personnel.

Abstract:This paper introduced the selection basis of large capacity step-up transformer. The comparison of three phase compacted transformer and three single phase transformers was based on negative-sequence current, operation reliability, operation loss, price, transportation and other aspects. To determine the short circuit impedance, unit operation stability and voltage adjusting rate were considered as well as short circuit current.

Abstract:Took a power plant’s buried water supply pipeline as example, by study on overall operation condition, corrosive and leakage area excavation, water quality monitoring, soil test, corrosion measurement, pipe thickness measurement, corrosion potential test and other methods, the corrosion condition of water supply pipe was evaluated. Repairing plan for the buried pipe was indicated.

And then the chart of coal blending adaptability plan and coal blending map was draw. User can macroscopically determine the index and adaptability of two kinds of coal after blended by using these three charts. Blending plan could be compared and preferred.

Abstract:A thermal power plant No.2 unit high pressure regulating valve location feedback signal fluctuated, and caused fluctuation of steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH). By site check and analyze, the cause of this incident was determined. The potential safety hazard of regulating valve shutdown instantly was eliminated. Which could be referred for equipment installation and maintenance.

Abstract:The lubricating oil system is normal or not, will directly affect the safe operation of gas turbine. Especially when the main oil pump gradually exits after the splitting revolving speed drops, the timely startup of an alternating auxiliary lubricating oil pump has great significance for the safe operation of unit. When the unit is operating, if an operating or standby valve of regulator station has fault and could not be opened, the startup of auxiliary lubricating oil pump under 50% revolving speed has some hidden troubles. After optimization of modifying the startup logic considering all possible conditions, the tile burning failure of generator is prevented, which ensures the safety of operating equipment.

2017-02-53 Noise reduction analysis of a mechanical draft cooling tower

Abstract:Owing to space limitation, a mechanical draft cooling tower is adopted for a certain newly built gas turbine thermal power plant in Zhejiang. Furthermore, because that the project is located in urban area, the noise reduction requirement is higher, and the noise environment is needed to reach Ⅱ class standard. In the early technology selection period of this project, some technical measures are considered to reduce the body noise of a mechanical draft cooling tower to a minimum, with some noise reduction measures for air inlet and outlet are also adopted in later period, the whole noise control of the cooling tower is successfully to meet the requirement of environmental Ⅱ class standard.

Abstract:The auxiliary power is the most important load for a hydraulic power plant, and its reliability determines the safety operation of power plant to a great extent. Through analyzing the principle of operating auxiliary power PLC backup automatic switch system of Liyuan Hydraulic Power Plant, this paper found out the hidden troubles that exists in the 10 kV backup automatic switch system and proposed corresponding technical improvement schemes, which makes the auxiliary power system more safe, stable and reliable.

Abstract:Based on the requirement ofTransformationandUpgradingofCoalforEnergyConservationandEmissionsReductionPlanofAction2014to2020, the energy-consumption index of Zhanjiang Zhongyue Energy Company Limited’s 600 MW unite was too high. After studying on steam turbine path flow, boiler heating surface, outside steam cooler, vacuum system, thermodynamic system, air preheater, circulating pump and theoretical calculation, net coal consumption would be lowered to 19 g/(kW·h).This paper could be referred by similar unit and project.

Abstract:This paper introduced the common problems in the cooling process of postweld heat treatment of large diameter and thick wall 9% Cr steel pipe, analyzed its reasons, proposed some improvement measures, and conducted a contrast test. Through changing cladding method of thermal insulating cotton, the problems of lower cooling rate and curve bifurcation at the later cooling period of postweld heat treatment of large diameter and thick wall 9% Cr steel pipe are effectively solved, which improves the quality and efficiency of postweld heat treatment.

2017-02-62 Feasibility analysis of heat pump system using low-temperature surface water

Abstract:To save energy and reduce coal and gas consumption, and reduce emission, the possibility of low-temperature surface water heat pump system was studied. Constrained by the temperature of winter surface water, closed-type water heat pump system was adopted. The system adopts the single stage and double stage coupling operation, after calculated and analyzed system heating efficiency ratio and indicated that the winter water temperature in extreme cases provided 45.0 ℃ water heat pump, heating system efficiency were greater than 2.6, proved the feasibility of using the low temperature water heating in winter. To single stage and double stage coupling heat pump system at the same time heat pump heating efficiency than the contrast (investigate), determines the low temperature water source heat pump system respectively with 45.0 ℃ and 50.0 ℃ hot water of single and double switching condition water temperature of 5.0 ℃ and 8.0 ℃.

Abstract:In order to solve the increasingly serious atmospheric pollution, much stricter atmospheric pollutants emission standard for thermal power industry is issued. Through some transformations on desulfurization, denitrification and dedusting systems for coal-fired power units, the emissions of atmospheric pollutants could meet the atmospheric standard. This paper briefly introduced the flue gas ultra-clean emissions technology in domestic coal-fired power plants, and taking the Yangzhou Power Plant as an example, it detailed the transformations on technological process and control scheme, etc.

Abstract:For the flue gas selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification urea hydrolytic system, the mixed gas at its outlet should have a certain degree of superheat. In order to meet that requirement, this paper introduced a method of using a gas-gas heater (GGH) to heat the cold dilute wind and the GGH device has internal flue at outlet of denitrification system, which has some advantages of simple system, small investment, convenient maintenance and obvious energy saving effect. The practical operation effect meets the expected performance requirement and provides reference for similar energy saving transformation project, which has good popularization value.

Abstract:To ensure the SO2emission satisfied the EU environmental standards, authors compared different desulfurization solutions for Romania Rovinari Coal-fired Power Plant. After comparing with circulated fluid bed semi-try method, limestone-gypsum wet method was decided. This satisfied the EU environmental requirements and lowered initial investment.

Abstract:Generating efficiency of gas turbine is closely relate to intake air temperature. With air temperature increased, the density of air and the quantity of air flow through gas turbine decreased. And gas turbine generating efficiency decreased. Coolant and air flow inside and outside of cooler. The heat exchange between them realized air cooling. This paper took GE LM2500, remade from airplane engine, as research target, actual cooling result of applying combined cycle waste heat system to cooling gas turbine intake air was discussed.

(1)文章主题明确,材料真实,结构严谨,文字简明准确,符合创新性、科学性、实用性原则,学术类、专题类、综述类论文一般不超过 6 000字,其他文稿 4 000字以内为宜。
(2)文章题目不超过20字,提供5~8个中文关键词,200~300字的中文摘要,并翻译成英文;同时还需提供作者单位及英文名称,作者姓名及汉语拼音,城市名及邮政编码。
(3)摘要内容包括目的、方法、结果、结论四要素,要求用词准确,简明扼要;关键词应紧扣主题,并符合电力主题词表要求等。
