设计的灵感基于“泡沫”理论，利用其独特的微观结构，通过ETFE透明膜结构气枕赋予建筑晶莹的表皮，建筑的轮廓和外观因此变得柔和，营造出独特的视觉效果和使用场所感受，中国哲学和水的神韵在建筑中得到了完美的体现。

The inspiration for the design comes from the idea of "bubble" and its microstructure. The ETFE pillows constitute a crystal-clear skin for the building, making its profile and image mild and pleasant. The center provides people with unique visual effects and exerts a special feeling in them when they are using the site. It is also a perfect embodiment of the Chinese philosophy and the charm of water.
