Abstract:The article argues that "self-purification,self-improvement,self-renovation and self-improvement" are the basic qualities and capabilities that ensure that Marxist political parties are always at the forefront of the times.Through self-purification,we can filter out impurities and remove tumors to ensure the health of the party's body;through self-improvement,we can make up for shortcomings to enhance the party's long-term governing ability;through self-renovation,we can eliminate shortcomings and innovate to maintain the party's advancement;through self-improvement,we can consciously study and improve our realm to comprehensively enhance the party's governing skills.In the new era,to continuously enhance the ability of the "four selves",we must utilize the party's internal political life as an important approach,thoroughly promote the fight against corruption,and continuously improve the party's internal supervision system.

Abstract:The Chinese modernization that the Chinese Communist Party led the Chinese people to create and promote in the objective context of the historical precedence of Western modernization implies a high degree of subjective self-consciousness.To understand the original value and global significance of Chinese modernization,it is necessary to fully reveal the subjective introspective logic of how it was created,how it unfolded and why it succeeded in removing the strong obscuration of Western capitalist modernization.The world history of Chinese modernization opens up a new path of social development that fundamentally transcends the modernization model dominated by Western capital logic,and enriches and expands the thinking and vision of human society towards a more civilized and progressive state.Chinese modernization embodies the subjective creation of the widest range of people's wisdom,and is a conscious presentation of the Marxist Historical View of the Mass.Chinese modernization expresses the subjective leadership of the common values of all mankind,and is a vivid demonstration of the practical purpose of historical materialism in interaction.It is an important force to lead and promote human world history to a more civilized and progressive stage of development.

A Study on the Kinetic Mechanism of China's High-Quality Economic Development under the "Double Carbon" Target

Abstract:The "double carbon" target is not only a solemn commitment made by China to the international community as a responsible power,but also a clarion call for the green and low-carbon transformation of the domestic economy.The report of the 19th Party Congress and the 2017 Central Economic Work Conference both suggested that China's economy would enter a critical period of transition from high growth to high-quality development,and scholars generally agree on the importance of high-quality economic development,but a unified view on the connotation,characteristics and,evaluation system of high-quality economic development has yet to be formed in academia.This article compares the total factor productivity of China and the United States,the kinetic mechanism in different institutional contexts,and the opportunities and challenges brought by the "double carbon" target to China's economy,in order to explore the kinetic mechanism for China's high-quality economic development under the "double carbon" target.

Abstract:The construction of a unified national market is the basic support and inherent requirement for building a new development pattern.The article analyzes the spatial and temporal context of the construction of a unified national market and proposes a theoretical logical framework of "mechanism,synergy and hierarchy" for the construction of a unified market:the key operational mechanisms include the shift from unbalanced to balanced production,from efficiency to equity in distribution,from quantity to quality in circulation,and from demand to supply in demand.The key links include the transformation of the production chain from unbalanced to balanced,of the distribution chain from efficiency to equity,of the circulation chain from quantity to quality,of the demand chain from demand-subordinate supply to demand-driven supply,of the value of factor resources being reshaped in a circular flow to achieve a smooth and efficient dynamic equilibrium,and of the role of the market,government and regional advantages to better integrate into global integration.To this end,it is necessary to deal with the issues of "optimising the business environment-stabilising market players","proactive government-effective market","common prosperity-quality development",and "quality development".quality development" and "domestic market-foreign market",build a more resilient and competitive industrial supply chain,achieve a high level of technological self-sufficiency and self-improvement,accelerate the cultivation of a complete domestic demand system based on internal circulation We will also promote the construction of a unified national market in a systematic and coordinated manner.

Abstract:In the first half of the twentieth century,Chinese society was plagued by internal and external problems,and the Chinese nation gradually moved from spontaneity to self-consciousness in the common action of defending itself against foreign invasions.The historical spring tide had stimulated the academic attention and enthusiasm to the construction of the Chinese nation state.The western region of China has many nationalities and diverse cultures.It is an important investigation area to study the Chinese nation and Chinese culture.Facing the major issues in constructing the Chinese national community,many academic pioneers,had made interdisciplinary arguments on the connotation of the Chinese civilization and its important role in enhancing the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,referring to the related historical traditions and relying on their research experiences on the cultural pluralism of the ethnic groups in the west China.Their viewpoints and classical descriptions constitute an academic basis for the related discussions in the academic circles today,providing important references with the academic practices in enhancing the awareness of the Chinese national community in the new era.

The Legal Construction of Government Data Openness Theory with Compensation

Abstract:The long-standing free model of government data opening in China is difficult to form a two-way interaction pattern,resulting in poor openness.In this regard,the inclusion of "paid openness" in the system is a feasible way to solve the dilemma of openness.It is clear from the study that the establishment of a data rights protection system has laid down the premise of paid openness,the supply of quasi-public goods to beneficiaries is the legal basis for paid openness,and the drive to assetise government data has established the realistic basis for paid openness.In order to solve this problem,the government can adopt a new type of administrative contract,i.e."open contract",as the rule of law,to clarify the principle of openness and balance the rights and responsibilities in the form of a contract,so as to enhance the rule of law of paid openness of government data.

Abstract:Public participation in the governance of online public opinion is an essential part of the modernization of national governance.The popularization of big data applications has facilitated the process of public participation in the governance of online public opinion and brought new opportunities for its development:firstly,big data as a technology and model has empowered public participation in the governance of online public opinion;secondly,data portraits present a panoramic picture of the development of public opinion;thirdly,data gaming shapes the development of public opinion.Thirdly,data gaming shapes the development of public opinion.At the same time,public participation in online public opinion governance under data decision-making also faces new problems and challenges:selective public participation leads to data imbalance,poor information communication leads to invalid data,there is a gap between the actual level of the public and the natural requirements of governance,and institutional failure leads to the failure of public participation.In the era of big data,facing new opportunities and challenges,and grasping the core element of "people",the corresponding countermeasures for public participation in the governance of online public opinion can be considered from the following aspects:strengthening the responsibility of the government as the main body of decision-making,establishing the leading power of social organizations to participate,and improving the literacy level of public participation in governance.
