你将有5分钟的时间阅读下面的要点提示并做表述准备，在听到“开始录音”的信号后用英语进行话题表述。表述内容不少于7句，时间为2分钟。

要点提示：

1. 生活中并不是所有事情都那么有趣，但是我们仍然不得不面对这些事情。

2. 有时，当我在考试中犯错的时候，会感到很担心。有时，父母不允许我出去玩儿的时候，会感觉很无聊。这种感受真的不好。

3. 因此， 我会做不同的事情来使自己放松。例如， 我可以听收音机或者一些轻音乐。另外，我还经常跟好朋友交谈，然后就会变得快乐。
