高职青年教师信息化教学能力存在的问题与提升对策

摘 要：随着“互联网+”和移动通信设备的层出不穷，人类的学习方式发生了革命性的变革，对高职教育也产生了巨大的冲击，而青年教师是高等职业教育教学质量提升的中坚力量，应转变教学观念和人才培养模式，把学科教学与信息技术深度的融合，学院也应把青年教师信息化教学能力的提升作为发展职业教育的核心战略，促使教师提高课堂教学质量和效果。本文在重点分析了高职院校青年教师信息化教学能力现状的基礎之上，探讨了提升高职院校青年教师信息化教学能力的对策。

Abstract：Emerge in an endless stream of"Internet plus"and mobile communication equipment，the human learning way has undergone revolutionary changes，and has also had a great impact on higher vocational education.Young teachers are the backbone of the improvement of teaching quality in higher occupation education.We should change the teaching concept and talent training mode，and integrate the subject teaching and information technology in depth.As the core strategy of the development of vocational education，the improvement of information teaching ability promotes teachers to improve the quality and effect of classroom teaching.Based on the analysis of the current situation of young teachers' informatization teaching ability in higher vocational colleges，this paper discusses the countermeasures to improve the informatization teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.

2018年4月，教育部颁布《教育信息化2.0行动计划》指出，教育信息化推动了我国高等职业教育教学改革，教育信息化已从1.0进入2.0时代，开启了智能时代教育下的不朽丰碑。[1]在“互联网+”时代背景下，人们的学习方式发生了巨大的变革，信息技术给人类生活方式带来了全新挑战。青年教师作为职业教育教学质量提升的中坚力量，应把信息技术创新应用作为发展职业教育的核心战略，转变教学观念和人才培养模式，借助多媒体、服务器、移动通信网络等现代化信息技术，在充分利用数字化教学资源的前提下完成教学任务，使信息技术与学科教学的有机融合，实现教学过程的数字化、现代化。推动职业院校信息技术在基础和专业课程中的应用，首要提高学生信息化技术的实践创新能力和综合知识素养，通过教师的教学反思和学生评教，才能真正促进青年教师信息化教学能力的提升。
