7月7日,2021意大利全球設计日(重庆站)活动在重庆国际文旅之窗举行。今年的意大利全球设计日以“可持续性项目与材料:重启‘意大利制造面临的新挑战”为主题,重庆站活动特别邀请“2021年意大利设计大使”—意大利著名建筑师卢西亚诺·皮亚(Luciano Pia),在线上与重庆活动现场的中外专家共同探讨“绿色城市、城市更新、旧城改造”话题。
据了解,“意大利全球设计日(IDD)”是由意大利外交与国际合作部、米兰三年展、米兰国际家具展共同发起,在全球100多座城市举行活动,由意大利全球设计日专家委员会任命的“意大利设计大使”诠释高品质的意大利设计。今年的意大利设计大使是著名建筑师卢西亚诺·皮亚,他曾先后在意大利都灵理工大学、米兰理工大学,加拿大魁北克省的拉瓦尔大学教授建筑课程,其建筑项目多次获得国内、国际奖项并享有盛誉。
此次设计日(重庆站)活动由意大利驻重庆总领事馆与重庆市文化和旅游发展委员会共同主办,重庆市人民政府外事办公室、重庆市住房和城乡建设委员会、中国意大利商会共同支持,重庆国际文旅之窗承办。
意大利驻重庆总领事毕岚祺表示,可持续发展、节能减排、维持生物多样性等已成为国际社会讨论的关键议题,也是意大利当前作为G20轮值主席国主要面对的问题。而对于城市发展以及对现有建筑的再塑造,重庆的很多社区值得借鉴。“希望重庆与意大利加强在这些领域的交流合作,相信通过这种不断地交流和经验分享,有助于重庆与意大利乃至中意两国城市规划及其它能创造财富福祉、构建美好生活等方面发展。”
重庆国际文旅之窗负责人刘曦介绍,近年来,重庆着力打造内陆开放高地、中西部国际交往中心、文化强市和世界知名旅游目的地。为有效服务全市中心任务,市文化旅游委联合市政府外办、寸滩保税港区管委会共同启动了“重庆国际文化旅游之窗”项目建设,承办此次意大利设计日活动是重庆国际文旅之窗的对外首秀。该项目聚焦“旅游、贸易、窗口”三大定位,着力发挥“出境旅游公共服务、国际文化旅游交流、国际文旅产品展销”三大功能,与重庆文化和旅游国际交流中心共同组成“重庆文化旅游国际服务平台”体系,致力于为各国驻华使领馆及各涉外友好合作机构在渝开展文化旅游国际交流活动提供“全链式”“一站式”的优质服务。
在主旨演讲环节,意大利设计大使卢西亚诺·皮亚以“绿色城市、城市更新、旧城改造”为题,用大量的图文案例阐述了他的“10+1”建筑规则。在卢西亚诺·皮亚看来,建筑师要有独特的设计视角,不断创新建筑设计,力求提高能源效率的同时,最大程度地减少对环境的影响。
重庆设计集团党委书记、董事长徐千里则以重庆的具体案例为蓝本,在《回归城市属性和日常活力的城市更新》主旨演讲中,探讨了城市公共空间塑造及城市更新前后的对比。他认为,城市更新对城市品质和风貌的影响是全方位和多维度的,微更新是一种可持续的设计立场和设计态度,体现了对城市历史的尊重,充分保留城市记忆,让市民所熟悉的城市片段变成环境更优美,体验更美好的场所。
在主题沙龙交流环节中,卢西亚诺·皮亚与米兰理工大学副校长博明凯(Michele Bonino)、重庆大学建筑学院副院长谢辉、鹅岭二厂艺术总监陈一中,以及兰博基尼品牌代表Gianluca Dozio,就绿色建筑在意大利发展的经验与教训、中国的碳中和目标、当代艺术美学与旧城改造更新、网红建筑等时下热点话题进行了分享。

On July 7, Italian Design Day (2021 Chongqing) event was held at Chongqing Window of International Culture and Tourism. The theme of this years Italian Design Day is “Projects and materials: new challenges for the sustainable recovery of the ‘Made in Italy". The Chongqing event specially invited the "2021 Italian Design Ambassador"-the famous Italian architect Luciano Pia to join with Chinese and foreign experts at the Chongqing event and discuss the topic of "Green city, urban renewal, old city reconstruction" on the Internet.
It is understood that jointly initiated by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Triennale Di Milano and Salone del Mobile Milan, "Italian Design Day (IDD)" holds events in more than 100 cities around the world and its expert board designates an "Italian design ambassador" to interpret high-quality Italian design. This years Italian design ambassador is the famous architect Luciano Pia, who has taught architecture courses at Politecnico di Torino, Politecnico di Milano, and Laval University in Quebec, Canada with prestigious architectural projects winning many domestic and international awards.
The Italian Design Day (2021 Chongqing) was co-organized by the Italian Consulate General in Chongqing and Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism, jointly supported by the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, Chongqing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission and CIIC as well as undertaken by Chongqing Window of International Culture and Tourism.
Guido Bilancini, Consul General of Italy in Chongqing, said that sustainable development, energy saving, emission reduction, and maintenance of biodiversity have become key topics discussed in the international community, and are also the main issues facing Italy as the G20 rotating chair. For urban development and the reshaping of existing buildings, many communities in Chongqing are worth learning from. "I hope that Chongqing and Italy will strengthen exchanges and cooperation in these fields. I believe that such constant exchanges and experience sharing will help urban planning, development of aspects like wealth and well-being creation and better life enabling between Chongqing and Italy and even between China and Italy."
Liu Xi, person in charge of Chongqing Window of International Culture and Tourism, introduced that in recent years, Chongqing has made great efforts to build an inland open high ground, an international exchange center in Central and Western China, a strong cultural city and a world-renowned tourism destination. In order to effectively serve the central tasks of the whole city, Chongqing Municipal Development Committee of Culture and Tourism, together with the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and the Administrative Committee of Lianglu/Cuntan Free Trade Port Area, jointly launched the construction of the "Chongqing Window of International Culture and Tourism" project. Undertaking this Italian Design Day (2021 Chongqing) marks the external debut of Chongqing Window of International Culture and Tourism. Focusing on the three major positionings of "tourism, trade, and window" and highlighting the three functions of "outbound tourism public service, international cultural tourism exchange, international cultural tourism product exhibition and sales", the project forms the "Chongqing Culture and Tourism International Service Platform" jointly with the Chongqing Culture and Tourism International Exchange Center and is committed to providing “full-chain”and “one-stop” high-quality services for foreign embassies and consulates in China and various foreign-related friendly cooperation institutions to carry out culture and tourism international exchange activities in Chongqing.
In the keynote speech session, the Italian design ambassador Luciano Pia explained his "10+1" building rules with a myriad of graphic cases on the topic of "green city, urban renewal, and old city reconstruction". In Luciano Pia's view, architects must have a unique design perspective, continuously innovate architectural design, and strive to improve energy efficiency while minimizing the impact on the environment.
Xu Qianli, Party secretary and chairman of Chongqing Design Group, took the specific case of Chongqing as a blueprint. In his keynote speech of Urban Renewal Restoring Urban Attributes and Daily Vitality, he discussed the shaping of urban public space and the comparison before and after urban renewal. He believes that the impact of urban renewal on the quality and outlook of the city is all-round and multi-dimensional. Micro-renewal is a sustainable design standpoint and a design attitude, which reflects respect for the citys history, fully preserves the citys memory, and makes the city fragments that familar to the citizens places with better environment and better experience.
In the Q&A session of the theme salon, Luciano Pia shared hot topics such as the experience and lessons of green building development in Italy, Chinas carbon neutrality goals, contemporary art aesthetics and the old city renovation and renewal, and popular buildings with Michele Bonino, vice president of the Politecnico di Milano, Xie Hui, vice dean of the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Chongqing University, Chen Yizhong, artistic director of TESTBED 2 and Gianluca Dozio, the Lamborghini brand representative.
