重慶人大参加中俄立法机构地方合作视频会议

7月13日，在中俄立法机构地方合作视频会上，重庆市人大常委会介绍了重庆与俄罗斯地区间开展合作和重庆生活垃圾管理立法推进等情况。重庆市已与俄罗斯沃罗涅日市、萨马拉州等15个地方政府建立了友好合作关系，与莫斯科市、圣彼得堡市等地的友好交往深入发展。重庆市人大也与沃罗涅日市杜马建立了地方议会友好关系和议会定期交流机制。

On July 13， at the Video Conference on Local Cooperation between the Chinese and Russian Legislative Institutions， the Standing Committee of the Chongqing People's Congress introduced the cooperation between Chongqing and Russia and the promotion of Chongqings domestic waste management legislation. Chongqing has established friendly and cooperative relations with 15 local governments in Russia， including Voronezh City and Samara Oblast， and has furthered friendly exchanges with Moscow and St. Petersburg. The Chongqing People's Congress has also established friendly relations with local council of Voronezh Duma and a regular exchange mechanism with the council.

第一届全国人力资源服务业发展大会在渝举行

7月28日至29日，以“新时代、新动能、新发展”为主题的第一届全国人力资源服务业发展大会在重庆举行，大会由人力资源和社会保障部、重庆市人民政府主办，是我国人力资源领域改革开放以来首次举办的全国综合性行业盛会。大会搭建供需对接平台，达成意向签约项目150个，总金额达166亿元。重庆将建立“中国重庆人力资源服务产业发展研究院”，已获人力资源社会保障部同意批复。

From July 28 to 29， the First National Conference on the Development of Human Resources Services， themed upon “New drivers and new developments in the new era” was held in Chongqing. Organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， it is the first national comprehensive industry event held since China's reform and opening up in the field of human resources. The conference set up a supply-demand docking platform， and reached signing intentions of 150 projects， with a total amount of 16.6 billion yuan. Chongqing will establish the "China Chongqing Human Resources Service Industry Development Research Institute"， which has been approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

重庆启动大型全媒体红色文化宣传公益活动

7月12日，“寻访红色足迹 点亮信仰之灯”庆祝建党百年大型全媒体红色文化宣传公益活动在北碚中共中央西南局缙云山办公地旧址启动。根据计划，从7月12日起到8月，由党史专家、普通党员、媒体工作者等共同组成的红色文化宣传小组陆续走进沙坪坝、綦江、江津等区县的红色遗址、遗迹和纪念地，探寻挖掘这些地方背后的红色故事，并通过制作融媒体产品，在重庆各大权威媒体上进行传播，让更多市民了解巴渝大地波澜壮阔的红色历史。

On July 12， "Revisit the Red Footprints and Light the Lamp of Faith" large-scale omnimedia red culture publicity campaign celebrating the centenary of the founding of the CPC was launched at the former Jinyun Mountain office site of Southwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee in Beibei. According to the plan， from July 12 to August， a red culture publicity group composed of Party history experts， ordinary party members， media workers， etc. will successively enter the red relics and memorial sites in Shapingba， Qijiang， Jiangjin and other districts and counties to explore the red stories behind these places， and disseminate them in the major authoritative media in Chongqing through the production of convergence media products， so that more citizens can understand the spectacular red history of Bayu land.

上半年重慶跨境贸易和直接投资人民币结算金额居中西部第一

7月26日，人民银行重庆营业管理部消息，今年上半年，重庆跨境人民币实际收付金额突破800亿元。其中，跨境贸易和直接投资人民币结算金额达516.1亿元，居中西部第一。为让跨境人民币新政策惠及更多市场主体，重庆已在全市范围内开展更高水平跨境贸易投资人民币结算便利化试点。

In the first half of the year， Chongqing's renminbi settlement amount of cross-border trade and direct investment ranks first in Central and Western China

On July 26， People's Bank of China Chongqing Operations Office reported that in the first half of this year， the actual amount of cross-border renminbi receipt and payment in Chongqing exceeded 80 billion yuan. Among them， the renminbi settlement amount of cross-border trade and direct investment amounted to 51.61 billion yuan， ranking first in the Central and Western China. In order to allow the new cross-border renminbi policy to benefit more market players， Chongqing has launched a higher-level pilot program to facilitate cross-border trade and investment renminbi settlement throughout the city.

上半年重庆外贸进出口总值3766亿元

7月19日，重庆海关消息，今年上半年，重庆外贸进出口总值3766亿元人民币，同比增长37.6%，比同期全国整体增速高10.6个百分点。其中，出口2321.3亿元，同比增长37.7%;进口1444.7亿元，同比增长37.5%。至此，重庆外贸进出口已经连续15个月保持正增长。

The total value of Chongqing's foreign trade import and export in the first half of the year reaches 376.6 billion yuan

On July 19， Chongqing Customs District reported that in the first half of this year， the total value of Chongqings foreign trade import and export stood at 376.6 billion yuan， a year-on-year increase of 37.6%， 10.6 percentage points higher than the overall national growth rate in the same period. Among them， export amounted to 232.13 billion yuan， a year-on-year increase of 37.7%; import reached 144.47 billion yuan， a year-on-year increase of 37.5%. So far， Chongqing's foreign trade import and export have maintained positive growth for 15 consecutive months.

重庆第6个综合保税区获国务院批复

7月17日，重庆市商务委员会消息，重庆永川综合保税区获国务院正式批复，这是重庆第6个获批的综合保税区。该综保区位于永川国家高新区内，总体规划用地面积1.11平方公里，规划建设综合办公服务区、查验区、保税加工区、保税物流区等功能区。

On July 17， the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce reported that Chongqing Yongchuan Comprehensive Bonded Zone was officially approved by the State Council. This is the sixth approved comprehensive bonded zone in Chongqing. Located in the Yongchuan National High-tech Zone with an overall planned land area of 1.11 square kilometers， the comprehensive bonded zone plans to build a comprehensive office service area， an inspection area， a bonded processing area， a bonded logistics area and other functional areas.

重庆9个项目获得第五届中国出版政府奖

7月29日，第五届中国出版政府奖表彰会在北京召开。重庆有9个项目获图书奖、先进出版单位、印刷复制等奖项，获奖数量创历届新高，其中图书奖实现了中国出版政府奖设立以来零的突破。中国出版政府奖是我国出版领域的最高奖。

On July 29， the Fifth China Publishing Government Awards Commendation Conference was held in Beijing. 9 projects in Chongqing have won book awards， advanced publishing units， printing and copying and other awards. A Land of Natural Beauty presents itself in Macau's "Chongqing Culture and Tourism Week"

From July 8 to 12， the "Chongqing Culture and Tourism Week" hosted by the Chongqing Municipal Culture and Tourism Commission and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government was held in Macau. 川渝地区首个文旅部重点实验室在渝揭牌

7月10日，“旅游多源数据感知与决策技术”重点实验室在重庆邮电大学揭牌。该重点实验室是文化和旅游部的第三批重点实验室，也是川渝地区的第一个文旅部重点实验室，其将聚焦智能感知与智能决策方面研究，用大数据与人工智能帮助构建立体、智慧的旅游管理模式。

The first key laboratory of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Sichuan and Chongqing unveiled in Chongqing

On July 10， the key laboratory of "Tourism Multi-source Data Perception and Decision Technology" was inaugurated at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications，which is the third batch of key laboratories of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism， and the first key laboratory of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in the Sichuan-Chongqing region. It will focus on research on intelligent perception and intelligent decision-making， and use big data and artificial intelligence to help construct a three-dimensional and intelligent tourism management model.
