中医药院校易班校本化建设探索与实践

摘  要：文章以湖南中医药大学杏林·易班为例，分析了该校易班校本化建设的基本情况，提出了中医药院校易班校本化建设的基本模式，以“创建一个平台、打造两支队伍、建立三种机制、运用四种理论、开展五种教育”为主体，加强中医药文化与网络思想政治教育融合，牢牢把握思想政治工作的这一主线，创新推动网络育人。

Abstract： Taking Xinglin Yiban of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine as an example， this paper analyzes the basic situation of the school-based construction of Yiban， and puts forward the basic mode of the school-based construction of Yiban in the University of traditional Chinese medicine. Taking "creating a platform， building two teams， establishing three mechanisms， applying four theories and developing five kinds of education" as the main body， it strengthens the integration of traditional Chinese medicine culture and network ideological and political education We should firmly grasp the main line of Ideological and political work and innovate to promote network education.

習近平总书记在2016年全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调：“谁赢得了互联网，谁就赢得了青年，要用新媒体、新技术推动思想政治工作，传统优势要同信息技术高度融合，使思想政治工作‘联网上线，增强时代感和吸引力。”在这种时代背景下，易班应运而生。作为教育部重点建设的高校开展思想政治教育的网络平台，开创了高校教育、管理、服务的新局面[1]。目前易班只提供底层技术架构上的设计与服务，各高校要致力于将自身专业特色及长期积淀的文化底蕴创新性的与易班结合，让易班校本化建设因为专业的特殊性散发持久的生命力[2]。努力将易班切实打造成为具有时代性、知识性、针对性，贴近学生、服务学生、吸引学生的符合学校实际情况和切合学科专业特点的育人平台、学习平台、工作平台和交流平台，这一个性化打造过程就是易班“校本化”的体现。因此，研究可复制、可推广、可借鉴的易班校本化建设模式具有重要意义。
