[Abstract] Objective To explore the relationship between H-type hypertension and the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods A total of 60 patients with H-type hypertension complicated with ACI admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study group, and 60 patients with simple hypertension complicated with ACI treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The basic condition, blood pressure, homocysteine and prognosis of the two groups were compared, and the risk factors affecting the prognosis of ACI patients were analyzed. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the smoking rate (50.00% vs. 46.67%), the incidence of diabetes (31.67% vs. 25.00%), the incidence of hyperlipidemia (63.33% vs 61.67%), and D-dimer[(231.02±22.91)μg/L vs (235.41±23.80)μg/L] and hs-CRP [(14.70±2.62)mg/L vs. (15.32±3.01) mg/L] between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure[(177.91±11.22) mmHg vs. (163.33±12.04)mmHg], Hcy[(21.81±6.42)μmol/L vs. (8.07±0.63)μmol/L] and the incidence of poor prognosis (76.67% vs. 45.00%) were higher in the study group than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The diastolic blood pressure was (85.90±7.11)mmHg in the study group and (86.81±6.02) mmHg in the control group, with was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Both systolic blood pressure and H-type hypertension were risk factors for the prognosis of ACI patients(P<0.05). Conclusion H-type hypertension is a risk factor for the poor prognosis in ACI patients. Therefore, attention should be paid to this type of patients in clinic, and reasonable and effective intervention measures should be taken in time to significantly improve their prognosis.
