如果對漳州这座闽南城市有许多依恋的话，一份温暖可口的小吃绝对是理由之一。

漳州小吃是记忆里最独特的一环。想家就是想妈妈做的饭菜和家乡街边的美味小吃。实实在在的食物经过思念的浸润变成诗词的平平仄仄，在生命里起承转合，萦绕不去。

漳州小吃久负盛名，共有8大类250多种，其中列入中华名小吃的有64种，列入福建名小吃的有80种。最具代表性的有卤面、手抓面、豆花、海蛎煎、面煎粿等。那条太古桥老街已打造为漳州小吃一条街，热腾腾，香喷喷，人间烟火味，来这里可以寻找不一样的舌尖上的漳州。

华灯初上的漳州古城，悠然自在。品尝过美味，不用设定目标，在古城里四处走走，处处皆景致，处处有故事。大红灯笼挂在骑楼下，灯光投影增色其中；广场游戏的孩子“嗖”地将竹蜻蜓送上天；古厝深巷中的即兴演奏已经开始，素人的引吭高歌也充满情怀。一人独步，或两人同伴，或三人成行，不知不觉，步履轻而缓，在漳州古城，时光慢了下来，我们皆漫步云端。

Zhangzhou snack has a long reputation， a total of 8 categories of more than 250 kinds. Among them 64 kinds are included in the Chinese snack list and 80 kinds in the Fujian snack list. The representative ones are the Lu noodles ，Hand grasp noodles ， Tofu pudding， oyster omelette and flour fried noodles etc.

Zhangzhou old town is leisure and carefree when the sun down and the light on. After tasting the local specialties， you can walk around the Old Town to enjoy the night view： red lanterns hanging under arcades， children playing the bamboo dragonflies in the square and the musical Instruments performing in the alley.
