听说课活动设计

无论从英语是一门语言这个英语的本质来说,还是从新中考的导向来看,听说在英语学习中的重要性都不言而喻。所以英语听说课的目的应该在于提高学生的听力,理解能力和口语交际水平,从而促进学生英语素质的全面发展。本文以笔者上过的一节公开课为例,探讨听说课的活动设计。本文选自仁爱版七年级上册Unit 7 Having Fun Topic 1 What can I do for you? Section A。

Ⅰ. Teaching aims and demands:

1. Master the new words:

shop, madam, try on, seventy, thirty, forty, fifty, sixty, eighty, ninety, hundred

2. Learn some sentences about shopping:

(1) What can I do for you?

(2) May I help you?

(3) Can I try it on?

(4) How much is it?

(5) It looks very nice on you.

(6) Well take it.

3. Learn the numbers from 1 to 999.

Ⅱ. Teaching aids

Tape, textbook, cards, pictures

Ⅲ. Teaching Procedure

Step 1  Warm-up (10mins)

1. Greetings.

2. Play a pocket money game to review the numbers we have learned before..

3. Show the pictures of daily life and learn numbers from 21 to 999.

4. Finish 2b. Listen and match the clothes with the right prices.

設计意图:由现在生活中比较流行的“抢红包”游戏导入复习之前所学到的数字,然后展示生活中常见的数字教授新的数字,引起学生的兴趣。同时,复习或学习新的数字为听2b中衣服的价钱扫清听力障碍。

Step 2  Presentation (15mins)

1. Play a Whack-A-Mole game(打地鼠) to review the words of clothes we have learned before.

2. Listen to 1a and fill in the blanks. Ask one student to finish it on the blackboard.

3. Check the answers .

4. Role play.

设计意图:通过游戏让学生口头巩固衣物类单词,进入课文前,先让学生做听力完成填空,听之前带学生审题猜测,降低听力难度。

Step 3 Consolidation (10mins)

1. Find the answers in 1a and explain the key points in 1a.

2. Make sentences according to the pictures.

设计意图:课文的导入通过新中考题型“情景交际”让学生从文中找出答案,这几个句子也是本文需要重点掌握的句型。接着,通过中考题型“看图写句子”让学生巩固本文的重点。

Step 4  Practice (5mins)

1.Create a situation and ask the students to make dialogues about shopping with partners.

2. Ask some students to act it out.

设计意图:最后,设置情景让学生根据本课所学的句型做对话,鼓励学生大胆说英语,效果不错。

Step 5  Homework

1. Finish the exercise book.

2. Review the numbers.

Ⅴ.教学反思:

本节听说课由词到句再到对话文本,由浅入深,听说结合,听之前帮助学生扫清听力障碍。训练学生的口语表达能力的同时,也培养学生的合作能力和交际能力。活动设计贴近中考题型,效果良好。希望今后英语教学设计中,能结合学生的学情设计活动环节,提高课堂效率。
