As a supplementary form of the formal social system, social network is a relationship structure for individuals to obtain social resources and support, playing an important role in maintaining individual daily life. Its breakdown within traditional communities not only increases the risk of individual modern life, but also brings challenges to grass-roots social governance. Under the “Internet +” background, individuals have a strong tendency to establish relationship networks in virtual communities. Grass-roots governments adapt to the development of the times and innovate the way of social governance. Especially, the integration of e-government in the community daily life and its interaction in virtual communities can promote the reconstruction of community relations networks. B community of H city takes the traditional community space as the carrier to build a virtual community, linking “real” and “virtual” community organically, and then constructs the “reality” with the help of the “virtual”, which effectively promotes the reconstruction of social relations network in urban communities, providing an effective way for getting out of the predicament of grass-roots social governance.

The sustainable development of the ancient towns is closely related to the protection of the Ancient Sichuan Salt Road, regional economic development, and people′s livelihood issues. Taking the ancient towns in Zigong section of Tuojiang River as the research objects, combined with various data, the pressure-state-response (PSR) model was used to construct the coupling mechanism of sustainable development, and the relative resource carrying capa-city (PER) region matching model was used to analyze the bearing capacity of the ancient towns. The results show that: none of the 13 ancient towns belongs to A matching type; 3 towns belong to B matching type; another 3 towns belong to C matching Type; 7 towns are D matching type. And there are obvious differences in matching patterns.

Although Xiushan area was not recorded before Qianlong in Qing Dynasty, the evolution of the area from Pre-Qin to early Qing Dynasty can be inferred from historical records. In the first year of Emperor Qianlong in Qing Dynasty (1736), Xiushan County was built in the southeast corner of Youyang area, which has been recorded in the history since then. The reason why the county was built independently and named Xiushan is for the landscape characteristics.And it is also the decision-making made after comprehensive consideration of population growth, land policy and ethnic factors.

The written words of contract documents in Huizhou area also reflect strong regional characteristics of Huizhou, which is the true record of Huizhou dialect.

The “Hangzhou Conference” is a seminar on novel creation held in Hangzhou in December 1984 for about a week. Although the conference did not release official news or even leave a complete record of the meeting, it has a direct relationship with the formation of “root-seeking literature” in the new period. This seminar not only provides theoretical guidance for root-seeking literature, but also strongly promotes the development of literary practice. HAN Shaogong was an active advocator and practitioner of “root-seeking literature” in this period. His literary creation activities can also be bounded by the conference and divided into two stages.

Yaeko Nogami is a famous female writer in Japan, who has been active in the literary world for eighty years through three Japanese times, namely Meiji, Taisho and Showa. The academic research on Yaeko Nogami′s literature has a long history, but rarely focuses on the relationship between literary sketch and her literary creation, with her literary career considered. In view of this, taking a literary sketch approach, this paper intends to comprehensively discuss the relationship between literary sketch and literary creation based on a survey of her literary career. Literary sketch is not only the starting point of Yaeko Nogami′s literary creation, but also one of the important characteristics running through her literary creation.

Courage is a kind of psychological quality which is respected by all mankind. It plays an important role in forming healthy personality of primary school children. Based on the general process of grounded theory, the psychological structure of courage of primary school children was preliminarily explored by using NVivo 8 qualitative analysis software to encode verbatim interviews. The results show that the courage of primary school children is composed of three factors: breakthrough, perseverance and responsibility. The three factors run through the development process of brave behavior in turn.

Since the implementation of “Interview between Supply and Demand, Mutual Selection” in the employment of college graduates in 1990s, academia has actively carried out in-depth research on promoting full employment of graduates. In recent years, “high-quality employment” has become a hot topic of research. Based on an investigation about the attention and dimension of the previous studies, this paper analyses the employment quality research situation of college graduates in China from the connotation, influencing factors, countermeasures and evaluation, in order to provide reference for the future research.
