教学目标:

1.知识技能目标

(1)The words about balls: soccer ball, volleyball, basketball, ping-pong ball, tennis ball, baseball, bat.

(2)Target language: I have a/an…Do you have…? Yes, I do. /No, I dont.

能运用句型表达自己和他人所具有的东西.

(3)理解听力内容,听懂別人是否具有某物;Teaching important points: The words about ball. The target language. --Do you have…? --Yes, I do. /No, I dont. --Does she/he have…? --Yes, she/he does./No, she/ he doesnt

2.过程与方法目标

利用多媒体让学生看图片学习新单词及短语,听听力。

3.情感态度价值观目标

本单元话题贴近学生生活,符合他们热爱运动的心理,可以提高他们学习英语的兴趣,积极参与英语实践活动。

教学准备:

Pictures、PPT课件

教学时数:

一课时。

教学过程:Step1. Review and Lead-in

Teacher show a video about sports.Lead into this unit.And then show some things and ask some questions. Like this:

T: Whats this?

Ss: Its an eraser

T: Where is it?

Ss: Its on the desk.

Then teacher put out the soccer ball and ask

T: Whats this?

Ss: Its a football.

T: Yes, we can also call it “soccer ball”. I have a soccer ball.

Do you have a soccer ball?

Then show the topic “Unit5 Do you have a soccer ball?” on the screen.

Step2. Learning Aims

Show the learning aims on the screen. And explain them to the students.

Step3. Show words

Show the pictures about the balls on the screen. Let students say the words. Pay attention to the pronunciation. Ask students to read in different ways till they can master

Check if they can say. Ask different students to say.

Step4. Sentences

①Show the following words on the screen.

I have a soccer ball

I have some books

I have an eraser

Let students imitate the sentences to make sentences. Teacher asks some students to say. Then show the pictures about the boy and the girl. Let students try to say. “Bob/He has a ruler. Alice /She has a pencil”. Ask “why use ‘has?” and summary.

② Group Work

Ask students to work in groups of four. Make conversations like this.

S1: I have a pencil.

S2: He has a pencil. I have a book

S3: He has a pencil. She has a book.

I have an eraser.

S4: He has a pencil. She has a book.

He has an eraser. I have some pens.

Step5. Listening 1b

Let students listen to the recording and number the pictures. First let Ss to read the names on the pictures. Remind them to pay attention to the names. Then play the recording. Last, check the answers.

Listen again and number the balls. Look at the balls and say first. Then play the recording. At last, check the answers.
