丘陵山地姿态智能调控动力机具技术研究报告

摘 要：该报告研究了丘陵山地姿态智能调控动力底盘的平衡摇臂悬架、H型传动、角平分变地隙机构和双轨变轮距机构；丘陵山地谷物收割机的扬谷-旋风-吸杂组合式的分离清选系统、短程高强度轴流脱粒分离装置和整机模块化设计技术；丘陵山地便携式插秧机分插机构和可调式后置随动辅助支撑机构等技术。研制了丘陵山地姿态智能调控动力底盘、丘陵山地谷物收割机、轻型人力插秧机、半机动插秧机和轻型动力插秧机5种样机。

Abstract：This report studies the hilly mountain posture intelligent control power chassis balance Angle of rocker arm suspension， H type transmission， divide the change to gap and dual-track wheelbase agencies； Hilly mountain valley - the whirlwind of corn harvester - miscellaneous combined absorption separation cleaning system， the short-range high strength of axial flow threshing and separation installation and machine modular design technology； Hilly mountain portable transplanter mechanism and adjustable rear servo technology such as auxiliary support institutions. Hilly mountain pose is developed intelligent control power chassis， hilly mountain corn harvester， light human transplanter， half motor transplanter and light power rice transplanter 5 kinds of prototype.
