一、自由对话

How are you?

What day is it today?

What's your name?

Nice to meet you.

(show some cards);What does it mean?

二、复习

1.复习序数词

T:Listen carefully! Now I say “one”, you say “first” and spell it .I say “first”, you say “one”,Understand ?

2.复习月份单词

T:We have learnt some words about “month”, now I say “二月”,you should say “February” and spell it .I say “三月”,you say “March” , Ok ?

三、学习新知

1.学习日期的表达方式

同学们,前两节课我们已学习了序数词和月份,这节课我们将学习英文中日期的表达方式。

(1)T:Who can tell me what date is it today? You can just say Chinese

S answer's write the answer on the blackboard.(九月十二日)

T:When is Women's Day? S answer (板书:三月八日)

(用同样的方式介绍其他节日的时间,教师适时板书)

Children' Day 六月一日

May Day 五月一日

National Day 十月一日

(在英文中几月几日到底是怎么表达的呢?I'll write them on the blackboard. Look carefully please !)

S read “the + 序数词 + of + 月份” twice .

(2)Practice more

T:Ok! Boys and girls! I have some cards about dates .I hope you can look carefully .Now, who can try? (Show the cards)

For example:七月五日 十一月六日 九月十八日 十二月二十五日

四、學习句型

同学们,在日常生活中,当我们想要知道别人是什么时候生日时,我们可以这样问:

1.(课件出示句型)When is your birthday ?

(1)Learn:when

T:This is a new word .please read after me. (Read twice) What does it mean? (课件出示 :什么时候,何时)

(2)Learn:birthday

a.教师向学生讲述发音的要领,可让学生观察教师的发音口型,指出发音时牙齿要和舌头有摩擦。

b.S read after T three times.

c.What does it mean? (课件出示:生日)

(3)T:当别人问我们生日是什么时候时,我们又该如何回答呢?(课件出示)For example:My birthday is on the first of May.

(4)Work in pairs.

课件出示:When is your birthday?

My birthday is on …

Practice more.

2.学习新句型:What would you like as a birthday present?

(1)T : Ok, boys and girls ,I remember we have learnt the text “Buying fruit” in Grade Four .Yes? 那你们谁还能记得,当卖水果的老板问我们想要什么时,是怎么问的?Who can tell me?

Ask a student to answer:What would you like? (课件出示并板书)

T:Can you remember how to answer?

Ask some students to answer:I'd like …(课件出示并板书)

(2)当你问到别人想要什么作为生日礼物时,你可以这样对他说:(课件出示并板书)What would you like as a birthday present ?

T:There are two new words here .Let's look at them.

(课件出示:as)T:Let's look at the first one .Read after me .What does it mean? (出示:作为)

(课件出示:present)Do you know what's the meaning ? (出示:礼物)

Ss read them twice after T.

(课件出示:as a birthday present)

T:Follow me .What does it mean? (Ask and answer)(出示:作為一件生日礼物)S read it together .

四、Practice more of Part C(C:Ask and answer )

1.T:Boys and girls, in the important sentence, we must pay more attention to ‘on .We can't miss it .Can you remember? Now let's practice more. (课件出示:the picture of Part C )

T:Now, let's use the first picture as a model. The first, I want ask a student to be my partner .Who can try with me? Just like this : You ask, I answer, and then I ask, you answer .Understand me? Ok, let's begin.

2. S work in pairs.

3. Ask some students to act. (From picture 2 to picture 5)

T:I'll ask four groups to act. Who want to try? (T asks four groups to act and point out the key and difference.)

4. S work in pairs with the other teacher.

T:The last picture, I'll ask a student to act .But you can choose the partner from the teachers. (Ask and act )

五、自我介绍

1. Let the students know how to introduce.

T:At last, let's use the dialogue to introduce ourselves .How to introduce? Listen carefully! Like this :Hello! I'm May .I'm thirty years old .My birthday is on the fourth of January .I'd like some flowers as my birthday present .I like running and playing table tennis .

2. Ask some students to act.
