The college culture we’re cultivating should adhere to advanced direction, inherit traditional Chinese culture,constitute harmonious culture,foster persons with all-round abilities.It should be embodied with distinctively characteristic ideology,value orientation,code of conduct and way of life.The core of college culture construction is the formation of college spirit,which means evolutionary and co-existing core value in a university’s long-term cultural construction and deposits.In essence,college spirit involves the establishment of faithful ideal,the adjustment of value target,the cultivation of behavioral norms,and refinement of way of life.In the long run,college students should be led to better value pursuit in the process.

Inclusive development focuses on not only the national culture which is comprised of cultural co-presence,collaborative development and balanced development,but reasonable absorption,learning from other nation’s advanced culture and integration with the most civilized culture in the globe as well.Culturally inclusive development will be conductive to cultural creation,cultural coordination,cultural affinity and cultural cohesion in the essence of culture soft power with Chinese characteristics.In contemporary China,for the sake of achieving culturally inclusive development,we must adhere to the centralization of guiding principle while opposing diversification.We must adhere to comprehensive and coordinated development while restraining the occurrence of culture level gap.We should respect cultural difference while opposing advocating local culture excessively.

The forced labor system in the prior period of Northern Song Dynasty came from late Tang dynasty and Five dynasties.It exhibits some new characteristics including the alternates of main service kind from corvee to vocational service,the change of service object from age to property,the variation of service range from central to local government.The appearance of these characteristics not only took decentralization of central and local government as background,but also was associated with the change of finance and tax in that era.The change of forced labor system in that era was beneficial to lighten civil burden and realize fairness of corvee. It also oriented the development of the force labor system in ancient China.

By the end of 1920,the banquet in “Mi Lou” sponsored by Liu Yazi and Nanshe members had been beyond the traditional sense of the literati orgy.More complex reasons were concealed behind.Influenced by the political environment at that time,the Nanshe members were caught in dilemma once again.As a loose organization attached to politics,Nanshe was plagued by both internal and external troubles.Flamboyant and outspoken as he was,Liu Yazi banqueted them, which was seemingly absurd but to express his searching for pure land in his spirit.The complexness of historical background and human temperament reflected incisively and vividly in works of the participants.The negative emotion and mentality in the works are worthy deep-level analysis.
