What kind of food do you like? To make us healthy, we should keep a goodeating habit in our daily lives.
Eat less fast food. Vegetables, fruits, milk, rice and noodles are healthy foodwe often eat. But many of the students like some food not healthy, such as ice-cream,fried chicken, hamburgers, potato chips and candies. Those are not good for us ifwe eat too much, especially the fast food. Don’t take in too much fat and sugar.Eat healthy food on time every day. Don’t be too hungry or too full. Drink enoughwater and do some exercise. It will be good for our healthy.
Keeping a good eating habit is not as easy as we think. We should stick tothe plan, and do everything on time.
良好的饮食习惯能让我们健康
你喜欢哪种食物?为了身体健康,我们应该在日常生活中保持健康的饮食习惯。
少吃快餐。蔬菜、水果、牛奶、米饭和面条是我们经常吃的健康食品。但是许多学生喜欢一些不健康的食物,如冰淇淋、炸鸡、汉堡包、薯片和糖果。那些对我们来说吃多了没好处,尤其是快餐。不要摄入过多的脂肪和糖。每天按时吃健康的食物。不要太饿,也不要太饱。喝足够的水,做一些运动。这对我们的健康有好处。
保持良好的饮食习惯并不像我们想的那么容易。我们应该坚持定好的计划,按时做每件事。
