百岁古建的现代化表达

南丰戏楼的“南丰”二字，因曾巩而来。曾巩是江西南丰人，世称“南丰先生”。北宋熙宁四年（1071年），曾巩从都城东京（今河南开封）赶到齐州（今济南）任知州。自古文人好风雅，作为唐宋八大家之一，曾巩被济南的山水深深吸引，并从中获得了数不尽的创作灵感。

站在大明湖畔，曾巩悠然吟诵着“何须辛苦求人外，自有仙乡在水乡”。在齐州期间，他写下70多首诗，占其平生诗作的六分之一还要多，给济南留下了宝贵的精神财富。

在任期间，曾巩重修北水门、对大明湖加以疏浚，这些水利治理举措为人称赞。曾巩还实地考证趵突泉源头为玉符河、城南历山为大舜躬耕之处，对济南的历史文化追本溯源影响深远。

北宋熙宁六年（1073年），曾巩调任襄州。因深受齐州民众拥戴，以至于离任时，“州人绝桥闭门遮留，夜乘间乃得去”。从赴任到离开，满打满算不过两年，曾巩却在水利治理、社会治安、文化教育等方面为百姓做了一件又一件实事，可以说当时年过五旬的曾巩把一身才干和一腔诗情都留给了济南。

曾巩离任后，百姓在千佛山半山腰为他建起了一座祠堂，并塑像供奉于祠中。清道光六年（1826年），时任历城知县的汤世培见曾公祠倾废已久，于是在大明湖东北岸建曾公祠、南丰戏楼等以纪念曾巩的功绩。

南丰戏楼历经百年风雨，依然保持典雅大方的格调。整座戏楼采用榫卯结构进行建造，门口“书韵如闻小玉唱，茶香留待老残游”的楹联，彰显着曾经老济南“曲山艺海”的繁荣。

改造老建筑，也是重塑一段旧时光。南丰戏楼的改造设计于2019年底开始，设计保留了戏楼原有空间肌理和建筑外观，意在打造既具有文化性，又符合当下审美的文化休闲体验空间。戏楼采用国风风格，将“济南二安”“夏雨荷的传说”等济南城市文化与曲艺元素相结合，打造国风文化创意馆，让这座百年戏楼重焕光彩。

在空间设计上，南丰戏楼一层为大厅和包间，大厅保留了建筑原本的风貌，仅对老旧部分进行修缮；包间改为半开放式，均与大厅空间互通，格局开敞又具有一定的私密性，让游客既能欣赏古典文雅的乐趣，又能享受时光的宁静与闲适。二层为两个独立包间，布置得典雅精致，开窗即可眺望大明湖美景。

2021年初，南丰戏楼再次对游客开放。改造后的南丰戏楼，被赋予了新的定义，不仅是一座百年古建，也是济南文旅新地标，它将传统文化的精粹和现代青年人的生活习惯相融合，打造了多种文化创意业态，吸引着越来越多的游客慕名前来。

目前，南丰戏楼以“集文化精粹，萃创意好味”为设计理念，以国风文化和济南城市文化为基底，融合创意国风下午茶、传统曲艺演出、市集文化活动、汉服体验等多种业态，成为将传统建筑进行新式改造的特色文化店铺与济南独一无二的城市会客厅。

创意国风下午茶是南丰戏楼最主要的文创业态。南丰戏楼结合传统文化与济南城市文化，研發了多个系列的文创餐饮。其中最经典的便是“雨荷的梳妆匣”下午茶套餐，套餐根据“夏雨荷的传说”进行打造，选用古代梳妆匣来盛装，特色鲜明，极具创意性；“一城山色”下午茶套餐，则包含了千佛山、超然楼、荷花等多个济南代表性元素，意在用文创轻餐饮的方式描述“四面荷花三面柳，一城山色半城湖”的泉城济南。此外，“曲山艺海”下午茶套餐、“好狮成双”慕斯、“胭脂粉黛”慕斯、印有“大明湖”字样的盖碗拿铁……都是游客们喜欢打卡的创意美食。

“曲山艺海”也是南丰戏楼重点打造的文化主题。每逢节假日，戏楼都会为传统曲艺爱好者提供舞台，传播山东戏曲与传统说唱艺术，深受观众喜爱。下一步，戏楼也计划专门以“曲山艺海”为主题打造晚间小剧场，融合餐点、茶饮等业态，拓展消费新场景，助力消费升级，同时落实现在的曲艺发展传承计划，重塑济南“曲山艺海”的繁荣。与此同时，南丰戏楼还会定期举办一些文化活动，如大明湖花朝节、隐湖市集等，聚众文雅之士，让游客寻得好品风物，在自然之间感受生活原本的美好。

未来，南丰戏楼将继续本着“商业激活文化，文化赋能商业”的原则，以现代设计的思维模式对传统文化符号进行新赋能，将产品融到消费场景中，不断更新升级，激发文旅消费新动能。

Modern Expression of a Century-old Building

By the Daming Lake with shimmering ripples， the Nanfeng Theatre built in 1894 silently stands in the glow of the setting sun. Its grey tiles， red walls， carved beams and painted rafters greatly show national elements and ancient charm. Now， this century-old theatre has removed unnecessary attachments， and is producing numerous new elements.

The name “Nanfeng” came from Zeng Gong， who served as mayor of Jinan for two years. In that period， he made practical efforts in water conservancy governance， social security， culture， education and other areas in connection with people’s livelihoods. In a manner of speaking， Zeng Gong in his fifties contributed all of his capabilities and poetics to Jinan. In the sixth year of the Daoguang Period， Tang Shipei， then-chief of Licheng County， built the Zeng Gong Memorial Temple， the Nanfeng Theatre and other buildings on the northeast bank of the Daming Lake to commemorate Zeng’s merits and achievements.

As the best-preserved theatre of Qing in Shandong， as well as the oldest and largest extant wooden theatre in Jinan， the Nanfeng Theatre still maintains its elegant and grand style after undergoing a century of wind and rain. Renovating an old building is equivalent to reshaping a period of old time. Starting in late 2019， the renovation design of the Nanfeng Theatre retained the theatre’s original spatial texture and exterior， and only made some adjustments to part of the interior， with an aim to build a cultural leisure experience space that not only is culturally significant， but also conform to today’s aesthetics.

In early 2021， the Nanfeng Theatre reopened to visitors. The renovated theatre is added with a new definition. It is not only a century-old building， but also a new landmark of cultural tourism in Jinan. Integrating the essence of traditional culture and the living habits of modern youth， it has a plurality of cultural and creative business forms， which have attracted a growing number of visitors.
