又到了海參收获季节。清晨，迎着朝阳，海参养殖户的捕捞船早早离岸，上午的海参捕捞作业开始了。

烟台濒临黄渤海，海域环境得天独厚。烟台海域光照充足、波流平缓，水深5m至20m浅湾密布，海岛海岸岩礁底质区众多，自古就是刺参栖息繁衍原生态良场。烟台海水年平均水温11.2-14.7℃，适宜刺参生长，海水盐度稳定，为刺参夏眠积累营养创造了上佳环境，微藻和海藻达120多种，为刺参提供了天然的营养物质。烟台海参为开放海域生长，周期达3-5年以上，营养富集。

2022年，烟台海参养殖面积58.9万亩，实现产值60.6亿元。“烟台海参”品牌价值达42.37亿元，在全国知名海参区域品牌三席中占一席。2020年首届世界海参产业博览会上，烟台获准承办国际海参专业年度展会，是全国唯一“世界海参产业博览会永久举办地”。

In 2022， Yantai sea cucumber farming area reached 589，000 mu， achieving an output value of 6.06 billion yuan.The brand value of “Yantai Sea Cucumber” reached 4.237 billion yuan， ranking among the top three well-known sea cucumber regional brands in the country.At the first World Sea Cucumber Industry Expo in 2020， Yantai was approved to host the annual international sea cucumber professional exhibition， and is the only “permanent venue for the World Sea Cucumber Industry Expo” in the country.
