Reading can be a pleasure2.

Find something fun to read. It is harder for a student to find some time to readbooks for pleasure. If you love reading， it is easy to get lost in an interesting book andcome back to the real world a couple of hours later.

I started reading at 6 years old. It was not easy for me but I enjoyedit all the same. I love the summer vacation where I have the time to read to my heartscontent3. Growing up， I soon found that spelling for me was not difficult and I had awide vocabulary4.

Reading is useful.

When you need to learn something， you must do some reading. Reading can giveyou some new ideas. There are always problems on study or life. You can find how todo with them in reading. As young students， you cant do many things by yourselves.Reading is a good way for you to open your mind and learn more new things.

From reading， English learners can get some useful ways of learning English.When you read in English， it is not necessary5 to understand every word. If you knowthe meaning of the sentence， each word is not so important. You can get the meaningof a word which is used several times in a text.

You can also find a friend or teacher when reading. Give it a try. If you likereading， you could be opening up a new world you never knew before.

我从6 岁开始读《哈利·波特》。这本书对我来说并不容易，但我还是很喜欢。我喜欢暑假，那时我有时间尽情阅读。这样渐渐长大，我很快发现拼写对我来说不再困难，而且我的词汇量很大。

当你需要学习某些东西时，你必须阅读。阅读可以给你带来一些新的想法。在学习或生活中总会出现问题。你可以在阅读中找到处理它们的方法。作为年纪小的学生，很多事情你们无法独自完成。阅读是一种打开思维，学习更多新事物的好方法。

从阅读中，英语学习者可以获得一些有用的英语学习方法。当你用英语阅读时，没有必要理解每一个单词。如果你明白句子的意思，那么单个单词就不那么重要了。你可以猜出一个在文本中多次使用的单词的意思。
