Dr.Ningjian Wang earned his medical degree in Zhejiang University and doctor of philosophy at Shanghai Jiao Tong University,China.His research focuses on the genetic,prenatal and postnatal risk factors and gene-environment interactions in relation to cardiometabolic diseases and comorbidities.He is now a professor at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University.He has published more than 100 scientific publications.Dr.Wang serves as editorial member forChinese Medical Journal,Endocrinology,Diabetes &Metabolism,andChronic Diseases and Translational Medicine.Dr.Wang is a committee member of Shanghai Society of Endocrinology.

Dr.Steven D.Hicks is a physician scientist at the Penn State College of Medicine,USA.As a general pediatrician he provides outpatient care for children from birth through adolescence.His clinical interests include sports medicine and neurodevelopment.Dr.Hicks applies his PhD training in molecular neuroscience to investigate epigenetic factors that regulate child health.Specifically,his research involves saliva micro-ribonucleic acids as biomarkers for concussion.Dr.Hicks’ lab seeks to develop a non-invasive,point-of-care approach for detecting concussion and monitoring biologic recovery following mild traumatic brain injury.Dr.Hicks’ research is funded by the National Institutes of Health.

Dr.Lei Gao is a neuro-anesthesiologist at the Mass General Hospital (MGH) and the clinical director of the Medical Biodynamics Program at Harvard Medical School (HMS),USA.His Perioperative Sleep and Brain Health Lab examines physiological biomarkers (sleep,circadian rest-activity rhythms,autonomic function,and exercise) of perioperative outcomes,including delirium and cognitive decline after surgery.He completed medical school at University College London,a physician-scientist program in the Neurocritical Care Unit at Addenbrooke’s Hospital,Cambridge University,before residency training at the MGH and a master degree in clinical investigation at HMS.His work is funded by the National Institutes of Health,Foundations in Anesthesia Education and Research,and the BrightFocus Foundation.

Dr.Eleftherios Kellis is a professor of kinesiology at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences (Serres) at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki,Greece,where he currently teaches kinesiology and biomechanics.He has a bachelor degree in physical education and sport sciences,a bachelor degree in physiotherapy,and a doctoral degree in biomechanics.His main research interests include the hamstring and trunk core muscle biomechanics,use of ultrasound and electromyography techniques,isokinetic dynamometry,and soccer injury biomechanics.He is the member of editorial board and reviewer in several scientific journals in the field of medicine and science in sports.

Dr.Hassane Zouhal is a full professor at the University of Rennes,France,since 1990.He was the dean of the Faculty of Sport Sciences from 2014 to 2019 and member of Movement,Sport and Health Sciences laboratory (M2S) since 1994.His research interests focus on the metabolic and hormonal responses to exercise and training with a special emphasis on the sympatho-adrenergic system and its effects on the glucoregulatory system.He also developed several research related to the effects of exercise training on pathological individuals (diabetes,obesity,etc.).Another research topic of Dr.Zouhal is focusing on high level athletes and how to increase performance and to reduce injuries.He is an author of more than 180 peer-reviewed publications and associate editor for several journals.
