何為非物质文化遗产？非物质文化遗产是一个国家和民族历史文化成就的重要标志，是优秀传统文化的重要组成部分。

岁月作笺，时光作笔。在历史的长河中，非遗记录着数千年来的中华民族记忆，凝聚着一辈辈人的辛勤和智慧。皮影、变脸、戏曲、泥塑、绘画、剪纸、杂技等丰富多彩的文化遗产，不但构成了中华民族深厚的文化内涵，也承载着中华民族的文化渊源和内在文化基因，勾勒出一幅璀璨夺目的历史画卷。

灿若星辰的非遗瑰宝，是有生命力的“活化石”，在历史烟云里铭刻辉煌的过去，在世代传承下则见证精彩的现在。如何处理好传统与现代、继承与发展、保护与利用的关系，让非遗文化在新时代绽放新光彩，在历久弥新中孕育更加美好的未来？

8月25-29日，在济南举行的第七届中国非物质文化遗产博览会，以展现非遗保护的时代发展变化、承接传统连接现代的非遗实践、推动乡村振兴的非遗贡献、服务国家重大战略的非遗担当为重要内容，生动展示了在新时代背景下，非遗文化和现代文化的碰撞与蝶变，让人们穿越时光，亲手触摸中国五千年文化的年轮和丰富而细腻的脉络，感知非遗文化之美好，形象诠释了其“连接现代生活绽放迷人光彩”的主题。

本届博览会采取线上线下相结合方式。线下展览动静结合、展销结合，推出“十八大以来全国非遗保护成果展”“‘美好生活非遗助力乡村振兴成果展”“‘欣欣向荣大运河沿线非遗展”“‘茶和天下中国茶文化主题展”等展览，邀请全国各地非遗项目参展、参演，充分体现非遗特色。分会场活动走进酒店、景区，开展“华服之美”非遗服饰秀、“中国味道”非遗美食节等系列丰富多彩活动，让市民以多种形式亲近非遗、欣赏非遗。加大线上传播力度，吸引网络达人参与直播，与视频平台合作，以话题形式开展网上互动，让博览会在线上得到更广泛传播。

中国非物质文化遗产博览会是中国影响广、规模大、规格高、项目多、品类全的国家级非物质文化遗产博览会，已在济南连续举办4届。济南，这座古老的城市，从龙山文化发展至今，城市文脉发展源远流长，丰富的非遗资源更是灿烂纷呈，拥有1项联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录，13项国家级、108项省级、450项市级非物质文化遗产代表性项目。深厚而丰富的非遗文化为这片土地赋予了迷人的魅力，首届中国非物质文化遗产博览会于2010年10月在济南举办。自2016年第四届中国非物质文化遗产博览会开始，该博览会永久落户济南。

济南，这座拥有大量非遗人才、丰富非遗资源、深厚非遗积淀、悠久非遗传统的“非遗之城”正在悄然显现。

Intangible cultural heritage （ICH） is a distinctive mark of the historical and cultural achievements of a country and a nation， as well as part of excellent traditional culture.

The diversity of intangible cultural heritage constitutes the profound connotation and also the origins and genes of culture of the Chinese nation. Ties between tradition and modernity， inheritance and development， and conservation and utilization should be fastened， so that ICH culture can blossom in a new era and will nurture further boost.

The 7th China Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo will be held in Jinan from August 25 to 29. The event aims to highlight change and progress of the times in the preservation of ICH， practices of inheriting ICH that combine tradition and modernity， the contribution of ICH in promoting rural revitalization， and the role of ICH in implementing major national strategies. With the theme “Connecting with modern life， ICH blooms more charmingly”， the event will offer a vivid picture of synergy between the old and the new， which honors the past and embraces the future， bringing together the heritage of Chinas 5，000-year-old culture.

This years events will be held both online and offline， including the exhibition of ICH protection achievements since the 18th CPC National Congress， the exhibition of ICH to push ahead rural revitalization， the exhibition of intangible cultural heritage along the Grand Canal， and the Chinese tea culture exhibition. ICH projects from all over the country are invited to this event， bringing along their works of special features. The parallel sessions will kick off in hotels and scenic spots with a series of activities centered on ICH fashion show， ICH food festival and etc.， building a closer relationship between the public and intangible cultural heritage. Leveraging online streaming， the event will cooperate with short-video platforms to make itself a popular buzz word.

China Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo is a national event that has wide influence， large scale， high specifications， vast amount of items and a full range of products. Jinan has been the permanent host venue since the fourth edition in 2016. Jinan， advantageous in talent， resource， tradition and culture of ICH， is emerging as a city of rich intangible cultural heritage items.
