中医药文化融入医护类高职院校思想政治理论课教学研究

摘  要：中医药文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要内容，蕴含着丰富的德育资源。医护类高职院校思想政治理论课作为对医护生进行职业道德教育的主阵地，理应深入挖掘中医药文化中蕴藏的核心价值理念和伦理道德精髓，将其有机融入思想政治理论课教学中。文章在分析中医药文化融入医护类高职院校思想政治理论课教学的必要性与可行性的基础上，从提升思政课教师中医药传统文化素养、丰富理论教学内容、创新实践教学形式及建设“中医药+思政”教学资源库等方面探讨中医药文化融入医护类高职院校思想政治理论课教学的具体路径。

Abstract： Traditional Chinese medicine culture is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture， which contains rich moral education resources. As the main position of professional ethics education for medical students， the ideological and political theory course in medical and nursing vocational colleges should deeply excavate the core value concept and ethical essence contained in traditional Chinese medicine culture， and integrate it into the ideological and political theory teaching organically. Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of integrating traditional Chinese medicine culture into the ideological and political theory teaching in medical and nursing vocational colleges， this paper discusses the integration of Chinese medicine culture into the ideological and political theory of medical vocational colleges from the aspects of improving the traditional Chinese medicine culture literacy of Ideological and Political Course teachers， enriching the theoretical teaching content， innovating the practice teaching form and constructing the "traditional Chinese medicine plus ideological and political" teaching resource library to explore the specific path of teaching.

习近平总书记指出：“中医药学凝聚着深邃的哲学智慧和中华民族几千年的健康养生理念及其实践经验，是中国古代科学的瑰宝，也是打开中华文明宝库的钥匙。”（2010年6月20日在澳大利亚墨尔本出席皇家墨尔本理工大学中医孔子学院授牌仪式时的讲话）。中医药文化是中医药的根基和灵魂，为中华民族繁盛作出了重要贡献。在此次新冠肺炎疫情防控救治中，中医药再一次为世人所认知，中医药文化以人为本、生命至上的医者仁心得到极大彰显。医护类高职院校思想政治理论课作为对医护生进行职业道德教育的主渠道和主阵地，承担着培养学生高尚医德和良好人文素养这一重要使命，理应结合医护院校办学特色与专业特点，深入挖掘传统中医药文化中蕴藏着的丰富的德育资源，将其巧妙融入思想政治理论课教学中，探索形成富有医学特色的思想政治理论课教学模式。

一、中医药文化融入医护类高职院校思想政治理论课教学的必要性

（一）中医传统文化传承的历史使命

文化兴国运兴，文化强民族强。“坚定文化自信，是事关国运兴衰、事关文化安全、事关民族精神独立性的大问题”[1]。就其内涵而言，文化自信不仅包括了社会主义先进文化和革命文化自信，还包含了对中华优秀传统文化特别是其典型代表中医药文化的认同和肯定。目前中医思维弱化、中医评价西化、中医学术异化、中医技术退化、中医特色优势淡化等问题依然存在，其根源就在于缺乏中医药文化自信。医护类高职院校思想政治理论课不仅承担着培育全面发展、德技双馨的高素质医护人才的重要职责，而且还肩负着传承中医药文化的历史使命。深入挖掘中医药文化精神内核与价值理念，将其融入教学实践中，有助于传承和弘扬中医药文化，增强学生的专业认同感和文化自豪感。
