文莱正式启动全国新冠疫苗接种

文莱政府4月3日正式启动全国新冠疫苗接种工作，为18周岁以上的本国国民和外国居民免费提供疫苗接种服务。文莱卫生部统计显示，当天全国共有754人接种了第一剂新冠疫苗，包括卫生部长穆罕默德·伊沙姆等官员。此前，文莱苏丹哈桑纳尔·博尔基亚已于4月1日率先接种第一剂新冠疫苗。文莱今年2月曾宣布接收中国捐赠的一批国药集团新冠疫苗。文莱卫生部数据显示，截至4月3日，该国累计报告新冠确诊病例214例，累计治愈197例。

普吉岛将向已接种疫苗游客开放

据媒体3月30日报道，泰国最受欢迎的度假地普吉岛将于7月1日面向已接种新冠疫苗的游客重新开放，这是泰国分步骤重新开放国境的计划之一。泰国旅行社协会副会长黄汉忠表示，今年下半年，来泰国的度假游客可能会创造约1050亿泰铢（约合221亿元人民币）的收入。泰国方面预计， 2021年将有200万名外国游客来普吉岛旅游，其中主要是中国人和欧洲人。

印尼莫拉比火山再次喷发

3月30日7时6分，据印度尼西亚气象、气候和地球物理局消息，印度尼西亚莫拉比火山再次喷发，喷出的火山灰高达1500米，持续时间达135秒。据印尼气象、气候和地球物理局消息，印尼莫拉比火山近来处于动荡之中，火山不断喷发熔岩。 根据印尼地质灾害技术研究与发展中心的报告，莫拉比火山在2月18日晚上，从18时至24时喷发了10次熔岩。19日0时到6时，共喷发了15次熔岩。熔岩流直接流向西南方向，最大距离为1200米。

印尼巴淡岛于4月对国际游客开放

据媒体3月21日报道，印尼旅游和创意经济部长桑迪亚加表示，由于新冠感染率已经下降并趋于稳定，其最靠近新加坡的省——包括巴淡岛和民丹岛在内的廖岛是最先准备重新向邻国游客开放的地区。桑迪亚加表示，计划于4月21日开始重新开放巴淡岛的海景度假村和巴淡岛的Bandar Bintan Telani码头。这一开放时间要早于主要旅游景点巴厘岛，巴厘岛预计将在6月或7月才重新向国际游客开放。

新加坡举办蔬菜种植大赛

3月20日，新加坡公园局为市民分发3000份免费蔬菜种子，包括花椰菜、萝卜、南瓜等品种。该局宣布将展开社区花园蔬果种植比赛，拿到免费种子后，大家如果种植的蔬菜体型大、果实多，皆可以参赛。活动评比时间将定在今年的10月份，冠军将获得400新元的奖励，并且获得奖杯。该活动是为配合新加坡食品局的 “30·30愿景” 进行，即到2030年确保新加坡本地出产的农产品能够满足本国30%的需求，以保障国家的食品安全。

越南拟4月份试行疫苗护照计划

据越南媒体3月19日报道，越南新冠病毒国家疫情防控指导委员会常委在确保安全第一的原则下，就实施疫苗护照计划而准备的技术与政策方案与业者进行讨论。越南卫生部长阮清龙表示，从卫生部门的角度来看，疫苗护照基本上是一种证明，用以确认民众已经接种2剂疫苗，依照傳染病防控法和国际卫生检疫条例核发，允许疫苗护照持有者不用隔离检疫与筛检，但部分国家仍然要筛检。

缅甸调整内比都宵禁时间

3月26日，缅甸国家管理委员会发布通告，对内比都的宵禁时间进行调整。通告称，由于目前内比都的局势有所缓解，趋于稳定，自3月26日起，宵禁令时间改为晚10时至次日凌晨4时。目前，缅甸其他城市宵禁时间保持不变。同时，仰光的6个镇区及曼德勒的5个镇区，仍在继续实施军事管制。

泰民航局拟为2万名前线工作人员接种疫苗

泰国民航局近日表示，该局已向泰国新冠疫情防控中心提出申请，优先为民航业2万名员工接种新冠病毒疫苗。预计7月之前完成接种，同时为全面恢复接待外国游客做好准备。该局称，此次共申请了4万剂新冠疫苗，接种对象包括该局以及泰国民航各公司的飞行员、机组人员、地勤人员等。疫苗接种将给员工和旅行者双方带来信任感。
