楼高 12层的商业综合体涉及东荟城商场扩建项目以及一间新的精品酒店,底层设有公共交通总站,邻近香港国际机场。项目有效筑起紧密社区连结,带动自然流畅的人流动线。商场部分已于 2019年启用,为商场引入 50 个品牌,酒店亦预计在 2020年开幕。作为项目建筑师及室内设计师(零售及酒店),事务所于项目内采取一系列推动可持续发展及提高能源效益的措施,有助项目所在的东涌成为低碳社区。
Located near Hong Kong International Airport, the 12-storey commercial complex includes an extension of the Citygate mall, a new boutique hotel and a ground-floor public transport terminus, giving rise to a closely linked community with an intuitive flow of people.The mall extension opened in 2019 bringing 50 new brands to Citygate, and the hotel is set to welcome guests in 2020.As Project Architect and Interior Designer (Retail & Hotel), LWK + PARTNERS took a series of measures to promote sustainability and energy efficiency to foster a low carbon community in Tung Chung.
