项目楼高五层，定位为国际级体坛设施并同时为区内居民提供康乐休闲娱乐场所。完善的体育设施包括：可容纳超过1,900名观众的主场馆、副场馆、多用途室、乒乓球室、健身室、舞蹈室、室外攀石墙及室内儿童游戏室等，更设有药检室，符合国际赛事所需。建筑外立面以简单几何为主轴，室内空间透过鲜艳和谐的色彩主题及开放的空间布局，让人在楼层之间自由流动，焕发能量。流通空间尽量引入户外景观，加上半开放式露台及户外阶梯连接主场馆，让阳光及天然风于馆内流淌，营造舒适休闲空间。

Positioned as a home for international sport events and leisure facility for local residents, the five-storey building holds a wide range of leisure and sports facilities including a main arena with a capacity of over 1,900, a secondary hall, a multi-purpose activity room, a table tennis room, gym, dance room, an outdoor climbing wall and an indoor children playing area.Together with the doping test centre, it is qualified as a venue for international sport events.The external façade celebrates simple geometry while interior spaces put on a colour theme of City Harmony with an interplay of form, space and colour to encourage a vibrant flow of people and energy across the levels.Circulation areas are visible to the surroundings as much as possible, with a semi-open platform and outdoor staircase connected to the main arena to let in sunlight and fresh air.
